Booking and communications were great prior to departure.
I would be interested to know if you had been contacted about our return flights to Brisbane. On the Wednesday night we got a phone call from Fiji air to say we were kicked of the flight that was to depart on Friday. The new flights were via Melbourne with a 4 hour stopover. As you can imagine we weren't happy.

Great travel service. Super easy. We booked three lots of accom through you for this trip. The Finn's pass were great. Def made us lean towards travel online over others and we are glad we did.
