Travelonline service was excellent. Everything ran smoothly from payments to the bus transfers.
The accommodation was lovely the food amazing and plentifully.
The only misleading information was the time it took to get from the airport to the Warwick....it was 2.5 hours not 1.5 hours.

You guys were awesome from the get go. I honestly thought the deal you were advertising was too good to be true! Our holiday booking was straight forward. You responded to all my questions pre holiday and the communication at the other end was seamless - the Fijian people knew what was happening and nothing went wrong! No room for improvement!

Nothing but praise here. Transfer to and from the hotel was prompt, staff were very polite and a good source of local information. The hotel was superb, staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Between the two hotels which are a stone throw from each other we we fully entertained with live performances most nights and the food was terrific. The swim up bar was a blessing and the pool was sparkling. If there was a negative it would only be that neither hotels have a gym. Would we stay there again, most definitely.

First time user with Travel Online and have no complaints at all and will definitely be using again.
Any time I had a question or query all were answered swiftly and was very helpful.
Also, on our way back home, our flight was delayed and I was able to call last minute and our airport pickup transfers were changed which saved us time sitting at the airport.
