Booking was all very straightforward and easy - exactly what you want
Staff were good to follow up to assist me with organising transfers and were quick to respond to emails, but I didn't need to make contact much as I was provided with all the information I needed upon booking.

Our flight got cancelled and then on the return flight virgin couldn't locate our details and Emma Blackaby helped us so much. She responded so quickly to our emails and sorted it all out so quickly which was just what we needed when stuck at the airport dealing with an airline that would provide us no assistance. She really saved our trip.

Michelle has been amazing from beginning to end. To no fault of anyone, I was stuck with credits with Travel Online, not too happy about it, but michelle def made sure I was well looked after and for that, I am grateful.
I hope the feedback can be passed on to management as Michelle needs to be recognized as a wonderful, professional and efficient member of staff

Had a great experience with Travel Online. The free gift (a beach bag) that we received at the airport was so handy and a lovely surprise. I would definitely look to book with travel online and Natasha again.
