We bought a 5 night Bali package deal on 'I know the pilot' and it was fantastic! It included so much for such great value. The hotel we stayed in was wonderful and we also had bonuses included, such as vip at Finn's beach club, a room upgrade, and amazing daily buffet breakfast and airport transfers. We will definitely book through travel online again.

I must admit I was a little concerned that organising a holiday online might have some issues, but found everything fell into line exactly as was outlined (including flights, transfers and special options at the Outrigger). Everything ran smoothly and any questions I had during the time prior to the vacation were answered promptly.
