The service we received for our group booking was excellent. Everything went really well. The deal that we got was amazing. All the people that we dealt with were very professional - Travel Online, Radisson Blu and the Malamala Beach Resort.

I honestly didn't believe this was a legit site. I was worried that our booking wouldn't be there but these guys have been so responsive and the trip was so easy! Would def book again

First time user with Travel Online and have no complaints at all and will definitely be using again.
Any time I had a question or query all were answered swiftly and was very helpful.
Also, on our way back home, our flight was delayed and I was able to call last minute and our airport pickup transfers were changed which saved us time sitting at the airport.

Booking and communications were great prior to departure.
I would be interested to know if you had been contacted about our return flights to Brisbane. On the Wednesday night we got a phone call from Fiji air to say we were kicked of the flight that was to depart on Friday. The new flights were via Melbourne with a 4 hour stopover. As you can imagine we weren't happy.

Everything was as it was described and we had no issues at all. Great service, thank you
