I am more than happy with everyone at Travelonline. I initially booked the incorrect date for the return flight which the girls picked up and called me straight away!
I received all emails for upcoming payments, accommodation and flight details in a timely manner.
I did quiet a lot of research regarding price and Travelonline was the best value for money.

I am very happy with the service received by Travel Online. My consultant was very accommodating & everything was organised for me. I had no issues with my booking which made my trip a breeze. There was great communication & Rachelle responded almost immediately to any of my enquiries. I would most definitely book through this agent again. We were very impressed with the cost of out 7 day holiday in Queenstown that included flights, accommodation, ski hire and passes as well as transfers to the mountains! I don't think we could have gotten a better deal and the entire holiday was great value for money. Everything ran very smoothly and we had no issues whatsoever. We were a little worried about everything being online, but Kelly was fantastic with attention to detail and organising everything for us.

Do not recommend that people use the travel lounge with 60min massage as you do not get a full 60min massage if your lucky you might get 35min.

Emails with all the information we needed, also received a text to let us know our flight had been delayed. Having a rep come to the hotel with information about trips and helping with any questions we had.

The process of booking was simple and when an issue arose, forcing me to change my travel plans, Alisha did a marvellous job finding me a new itinerary.

This was our first experience with booking a holiday via Travelonline and we were pleased with the outcome. The on-line booking process was easy and allowed me to customise the travel package with the options we wanted to include. The overall value for money of the package was great and I appreciated the prompt telephone support I received when I called pre-trip with some last minute questions. All of the travel vouchers we were provided with for the trip were clearly laid out and user friendly when utilised with vendors whilst in Phuket. WOW Travel online I am impressed. A big thank you to Rachelle & the Travel online team. Our holiday was great & you helped us out enormously when the flight times were changed.
