I've booked a few holidays threw travelonline and I'm never disappointed. Thank you

We visited Bali on a package tour organised by travelonline in September 2022. The package was excellent value for money. Everything from flights, to transfers to accommodation worked perfectly. We did not use the Finns Beach resort option as we wanted to avoid the traffic. Friends who took advantage of it liked it, but didn't go back because of the travel time. The Indigo facilities were so good, that we didn't want to leave.

Great service from your team. With jet stars current flight changes and cancellations, the Travel Online team communicated with us very well. We had a wonderful week in Bali and will use Travel Online for future bookings.

Not only did we finally get to travel with the company helping us to move dates with no extra costs, the company organised everything. All our transfers were seemless and we had a brilliant time. Very efficient process from team to keep me advised of all requirements for the trip.
Only shortfall was trying to ensure promised room upgrade had been arranged. Was advised on two occasions this was the case only to arrive and find it wasn't. Luckily resort staff were able to change for us on the second day.
Overall was very impressed with service provided and look forward to next holiday with TravelOnline!

From the get go Lisa was very attentive and the service received was very good. Nothing was too much hassle particularly when i was needing to change my transfers back to the airport on 2 occasions. Will be utilising again in the future. Can recommend.
