Hi, the holiday was fabulous.
We can now travel ChCh direct to Fiji on a Saturday and Tuesday….. please never let us go via Auckland chaos.
With the need to present Vac Certificate and Travel Insurance at check in, the time taken was over 2 hours in a queue - we only just got the Fiji Flight in Auckland.
The return flight was delayed (plane defect at Nadi) which meant we missed our flight to ChCh - but an onboard agent had already rebooked us - 5 hours later!!!! To get the bags off the carousel - over 1 hour…… then a bus trip from Int to Domestic. Real slow and I suggest more than 3 hours is needed…..

Please, never send us via AKL ever again.

Travel online was so easy to book through. There was so much to choose from and i found the perfect deal for my luxury accommodation and winery tour in the hunter valley. Communication was great from travel online also. Would recommend and will use this booking site again myself!

travel on-line was excellent everything that was booked and promised was delivered.

This holiday was the result of a cancelled trip during covid, so we were really happy to be able to still use our credits. I found getting quotes and booking generally easy, there was a short period of time when there were delays of staff to respond but this was during the time when travel started again.
My only comment from this trip was when we went to fly we found that none of our seats had been allocated with Virgin Airways so our seating was split on the aircraft, where we would have preferred to sit together.
We do plan to travel again and would be happy to book through Travelonline again as you do have some great deals that appeals to us.
