Kristy did a great job. We had one close call with the coach leaving the airport to go to Port Douglas, but that was the fault of the coach company.
Had to find out what time we were to be picked up from our hotel on the way home too.

Our trip to Phuket was without incident, from being picked up at the airport our tourers the voucher inclusion then the return trip to the airport was pain free I certainly would use TravelOnLine again.

I would definitely recommend Travelonline to friends and family. They helped me out with getting from Grand Mirage to another hotel I was staying at for the rest of my time in bali. They also helped with changing the pick up time for my transport. I was having trouble with my phone so I wasn't sure I was going to get a response time. But they did and the driver was very helpful.

I didn't have to interact with TravelOnline at all, everything was sent to me promptly and all the information was very clear. Was relieved to see my name on a board on arrival (our airport pickup) as promised. The rep from Fusion Holidays met us at the hotel and the pick up to return to the airport was on time. Everything went very smoothly and will definitely use TravelOnline again.
