I booked this holiday through Click Frenzy in Aug 2023 and was a little wary because I'd never heard of Travel Online. They were perfect. Everything about our holiday went smoothly and as planned by T.O. I contacted T.O. about requiring a car seat for our two year old and this was organised easily. No doubt we will use T.O. again!!

We had great service from the beginning. We called and had lots of questions and changed the booking several times and there was never an issue. I highly recommend Travel online and would definitely use them again for another holiday 

From my first phone call enquiry to booking our holiday and everything in-between Travel on-line have been impeccable. No question went unanswered. Responses were prompt and informative. Even on our last day at the Resort our airline cancelled our flight. I went into panic mode, but Travel on-line emailed me back and were so helpful and reassuring! We had a lovely last night at our resort, knowing a new flight was organised and transfer time was rebooked. I don't think I can suggest anything to improve and I will be recommending Travel on-line to my family and friends!!
