Would recommend to any acquaintances travelling.

We decided to have a impromptu holiday at peak season and in school holidays. With the last minute nature of our plans we didn't expect to be able to pull together such and amazing holiday. We went to a local travel agent first, who spent a week booking flights and trying to source accommodation with no luck. A wasted week! I am so glad we turned to TravelOnline - you were able to secure us the perfect accommodation at the last minute at very reasonable rates with lots of additional inclusions. The agents I spoke to were all so helpful and friendly and were able to pull together our trip in just a few days. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be repeat customers.

Only advice would maybe to give a heads up to customers of the 2-3 hour drive from the airport to Naviti.

Cannot fault TravelOnline

Covid was a big downer on this trip we planned 3 yeas ago, but travel online was great.
We will use travel online again for sure.

Jetstar was the only problem we had, the flight was changed 2 times to melbourne on the day of flight and a 2 hour delay from melbourne to thailand. but we got there. Coming back not a problem

Fantastic pick up service to and from airport. Drivers were very happy to chat, courteous, timely and the vehicles very clean and tidy. Great service.

Our family and i just returned from a wonderful Bali holiday that we booked through Travel Online.
Everything was so well organised, and nothing was a problem. The holiday ran like clock work and made the booking process so easy. Thank you for a great holiday.

When i got through it was all good but sometimes emails take a day or 2 to get an answer, sometimes you need something right away.
All in all, was a good experience, good money saved and service was good

Travel Online did exactly what they advertised, gave us the best hotel deal package with fast and efficient service/response. Hotel, transfers were all great. However, we booked 2 rooms but only received 1 tour when it should have been 2. Other than that, will use them again for sure.

I would definitely recommend Travelonline. Great service. Every request or question was promptly answered. Very easy to deal with. Our holiday at Naviti Resort was fantastic.

We have used Travelonline for our past 2 holidays to Thailand and would not use anyone else. We are already searching their website for our next holiday to Thailand, probably in June/July 2024. They have what I believe is exceptional customer service and value for money deals and/or offers. I wouldn't hesitate to, and already have recommended Travelonline to a number of friends who are looking for value for money and all-inclusive holidays.

Highly recommend Travelonline. Had read some negative reviews, but we cannot fault the service we received.
Booking our accommodation & flight package was a breeze. All done via email.
When our flight was cancelled & we couldn't fly out until 3 days later, an email was all it took to have our accommodation dates & return airfare changed, at no extra cost. We were still able to keep our original 8 nights that we had booked.
Very happy and definitely will not hesitate in using them again.
