I would highly recommend your services to friends and family.
The booking process was simple, we received great customer service from a number of staff members. As we kept moving our travel dates due to the covid travel restrictions the whole process could not have been smoother.
Payments could be made in instalments and all the paperwork was sent well in advance of our trip.
The pricing from Travelonline is great value and the resort chosen was "the best ever".
We will be using your services again in the future, and thank you for arranging such an amazing family holiday for us.

Definitely, Travelonline is fantastic.

Great service, had an issue when our flighta changed but was quickly resolved. Hotel was un aware of some of our inclusion but was quickly fixed up once we showed them the travel vouchers provided.

Great service

Booked a package including flights with Travel Online due to a very competitive rate on the hotel we wanted to stay in. Service was excellent. The airline changed our flights, and they dealt with the change immediately. All the transfers were seamless, even with the change of flights. All inclusions and vouchers were provided and easily redeemed. I would certainly book with them again, and happily recommend.

We didn't use the added Bonus inclusion that came with our package - simply because the location of Finn's was a little too far from our resort and we didn't have enough time. So my only suggestion would be for you to assess where a particular resort is in location to Finns, and perhaps offer two choices of a Bonus inclusion.
