TravelOnline were amazing! They organised everything and it made it easy and stress free. It was so convenient choosing a package deal that had reasonably priced flights and accommodation and having it all booked for you. I will definitely use TravelOnline again!

This was our first time going with an online travel agent and was a bit worried, but the process from the beginning till the end was great. The communication was great and any question's i had was answered promptly.
What was quoted was exactly what we recieved plus a couple of extras and paid less than travel agents in the shopping malls.

We booked our accommodation through Travelonline at short notice when our AirBNB hosts cancelled our booking just 3 weeks before we were due to leave. Everything was very straightforward, and our deal was great. Breakfast, transfers and a tour was included. And the team they use in Thailand were very helpful and accomodating when we had to make changes to our tour and transfers. We woukd not hesitate using Travelonline again.

Everything was well planned and went as planned so I could only rate you guys highly. It was also great to hear that the Balinese love working with you as they believe you respect them compared to other companies over there. Thats a big plus with us.

Just a recommendation though. If travelling to Bali download WhatsApp as all the companies trips etc only answer on WhatsApp.

This is the 2nd holiday we have booked through Travelonline and found the service good and prompt replies to any questions raised and updates provided quickly when Air Vanuatu changed the flight times twice.

The Travel Online special we got was a very good deal as I compared booking each component separately and it would have been much more costly doing it that way.

Will be watching out for future specials and hopefully able to take advantage of an offers.
