Very prompt and trustworthy. Great communication from the moment we booked. When our flights were changed, resulting in a day less, it was sorted quickly and effectively with one phone call.

Every staff member was great, nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was lovely, pools and cocktails were awesome. Couldn't fault anything. Would highly recommend. Already talking about our next holiday!

Great information and assistance with hotel, good to have a sound hotel recommendation when preferred choice was unavailable. Also Kristy did her utmost to help us have suitable accommodation to our taste. Bonus extras in this package great to have!

A fabulous service! My flight was cancelled by the airline a few hours prior to departure and I called the 24 emergency line and left a message. A consultant ( Michelle) called back and seemlessly helped rearrange my onward connections and took all of the worry out of what could have been a terrible start to our family holiday.
Would highly recommend!

Travelonline is aways great to deal with. I have booked numerous times with them and I love that for lots of accommodation, you can pay a deposit and not have to pay the entire amount months and months before you actually travel. The were especially during Covid when I had to change a booking a few times due to border closures.

This is the second time we have used TravelOnline and Shameem for our travel needs. Would not hesitate to use both again.

I rang this morning and left a message to say how happy we both were with the service and professionalism. Showed by Travel Oline staff. Everything fell into place perfectly. We will defiantly use the team again when booking our next holiday and will recommend it to all are friends and family.
