very good and responsive. Came back immediately with suggestions for changes when my first plans did not work and both emailed and called me.

After doing extensive research for a holiday to Fiji (both online and visiting various travel agents), I requested a quote from Travelonline, as it was the best value-for-money package I'd found. Your email responses were extremely prompt, and when I had a few extra questions, your consultants went out of their way to answer these over the telephone. All documentation was correct and made the holiday hassle-free from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone who is planning to book a holiday, Thank you!

We booked our romantic 4 nights away as our belated honeymoon (7 years!)

The service and ease of booking with Travel Online was fantastic.
Our first night in Cairns was at the Pullman. We arrived and checked in and went up to our room and greeted by two single beds! Not what we had planned for our honeymoon! So we called reception and they advised that we had specifically booked twin single beds which we had definitely not requested. The reception staff sent housekeeping to change the beds. The housekeeper was extremely rude and obviously annoyed that she had to change the beds back. We felt quite embarrassed. Other than the unpleasant encounter with the housekeeper we enjoyed our stay and it was nice and close to the terminal for boarding to Green Island.
Green Island......AMAZING. We absolutely loved our stay there. The staff, the hotel, the island we cannot fault and we can't wait to go back.

I was advised not to book holidays online, but when I came across your website and with the value packages you offered I couldn't go past. I booked online. Booking my holiday was a breeze, within 48 hrs I had received my flights and vouchers. I called the office a couple of times and was greeted in a friendly manner and my inquiries answered.
The friends I traveled with booked with another company and they were disappointed with what they received and they also paid more for their holiday. After seeing my package and value they have commented they will book with travelonline next holiday.
For me I will defiantly book with travelonline again Great value, service and they provided a carefree holiday. Thank you.

Very Happy with the service! Had a Fantastic Holiday at the Naviti Resort & Spa Fiji!

Initially we had some communications issues, but when help was needed most (our planned flight was delayed for 7 hours) - everything was organised pretty quickly given the troubles started before 6am on Sunday.

Travel online is a great way to book holidays overseas, the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The staff kept us updated of delays to our flights which was great. I would definitely use travel online again, and recommend it to my friends.
