This was one of the most satisfying and successful online travel experiences I have had to date. The service and contact provided was excellent! We did not have one issue, problem, hiccup or mishap during the whole process and to do this without any additional contact or having spoken personally to my consultant once is just great.
All communication was clear, easy to follow and professional. There were regular emails to follow up, remind and provide additional info and instructions. It almost seemed too easy.
I will definitely keep travelonline.com up my sleeve from now on.

Great service and follow up

I was impressed with the service provided. My only concern was with the not so current information of accommodation availability on the website. It creates a logistic problem for anyone booking their own flights. On the upside, when after booking our flights it turned out that the accommodation was not available for all the nights we planned for the TravelOnline personnel did a fantastic job of finding us an alternative on Daydream island, including the transfers from/to Hamilton airport. Overall, we received a very good service, and had a wonderful break.

Honestly I couldn't fault the company. Found them very helpful with all of my many questions. A consultant contacted me quickly when I requested them to call with a concern I had, the problem was explained and fixed very quickly.

This was the 1st time we had used Travelonline and my husband was a bit dubious. But we had no trouble with the booking and got everything (like 2 free massages and 20% off food and drinks ) like they said we would get ! Would definitely go through them again !

Lisa was amazing, getting us the best deal and making sure all connections were perfect, even after our group enquirer about different flights, she saved us a fortune by checking and confirming they weren't possible. Our friends who went ahead without her help, ended up needing to pay a further $600 for private transfers in scary open ocean conditions with their young children. Thank you for everything!
