I would like to thank you for the organising of our acccommodation in Singapore - the service you provide is excellent and I can always contact you - and you get back to me quickly.
I always recommend Travel online as its so convenient.
My only negative is - it would be great if transfers from the airport to the resort could have been arranged - however you were not able to do this and we had to arrange it ourselves - but please dont think this will prevent me arranging my accommodation with you in the future.

Couldn't fault your service. Had some communications back and forth which was done quickly and professionally. No issues in Bali - everything we booked was organized. I would consider booking with you again.
