service right through from time of booking to leaving for holiday was faultless. I was informed of any changes and received all documentation required in timely manner. Made booking very easy and would use again

The service provided was excellent. The only thing was even tho we requested rooms all together when we originally booked ( as there were 3 family's with small children travelling together ) at both resorts our initial rooms were no where near each other. Both resorts families had to move rooms, at both resorts it took a couple of days before we could change, which just made it inconvenient . Other then that every thing was great would go back & had a really relaxing time. Thank you Kasey
