I received great service from Lisa Scull, and the process of booking the trip was a pleasure from start to finish. All documentation was in order, and at one point I thought it was too good to be true. In fact, it was all true, and what Lisa promised was delivered; from the pickup at the airport, the all-inclusive package and stay at Centara Villas, to the drop off back at the airport. Thank you for all you did Lisa, I do appreciate it very much. I highly recommend TravelOnline and will be back.

Thank you so much Travel Online for advertising this package and giving us the best and easiest way, to have the most memorable family holiday in Bali. We only decided to plan this trip when booked with Travel Online August 2024 trip for October 2024, yes we left it late. We personally hunted our own flights and the accommodation we wanted that would suit our family trip, was not available at afforable prices, being so late booking, flights became expensive. However Travel Online saved us. Flights n Stay package at Dynasty Resort Bali on the beach was a God send. Afforable too with Travel Online. Made a deposit and full payment 10days later. Travel online included Airport pick up and drop off, complimentary Bali tote bag, that became my everyday food, hand and swim bag. VIP daily access to Finns and other bonuses. Huge thank you to Nicole Chow who guided me and answered my many everday phonecalls before our flight to Bali. Our customer service is outstanding and im grateful to you for your kindness patience with me, being a first user with Travel Online. I have recommended Travel Online to rvetyone I know and am now looking at your Phuket packages next year for 2 adults. Thank you so Travel Online.
