This is the 2nd trip booked through TravelOnline and I have recommended to friends as well due to great service and offers.
For this resort, Phuket Orchid Resort, it should be noted the bed configuration for the pool access room cannot be 2 single beds, they only have king beds with no separation (trundle bed / additional bed can be added to the room)

Everything was well organised and we did not have any issues or holdups in any of our arrangements

Nicole was great. She was very helpful when it came to suggesting another resort, as the one I originally wanted was not available for my travel dates. I am very happy that she suggested the Nasama Resort it was perfect. Nicole was always very prompt in answering my queries and she made the perfect booking for us.

We have never purchased an online travel package before and, to be honest, did so with a little trepidation. But…..we have been very nicely surprised to experience how easy and faultless it was.
