Well organised though some issues managing airline bookings/seat allocation.
Daydream island south end not operating and needing update, otherwise accommodation and transfers were good

Had a wonderful experience with Travel Online. Flights were great. Coach pocked us up at Cairns Airport and dropped us off at our hotel in Port Douglas. Coming back Coach was on time and returned us to Cairns Airport in good time for our flight home. Could not have asked for better planning thankyou Kristy N. Will certainly recommend.

The package we took was quite good the flights went well and the accommodation was good. Our experience at the zoo which part of the package was fantastic. Overall we had a good experience. We would probably try another package sometime. Thank you.

Such an unforgettable holiday. It began with been taken to our room and being told that our room was upgraded at no extra cost. A beautiful surprise for our 10-year wedding anniversary. the room pool was double the size of what we booked. the resort pools were amazing! hours and hours of fun, with a swim up bar. the resort also has a private section of the beach where we watched sunsets whilst swimming in the warm ocean water. Staff were amazing and super nice.

We only had one issue of trying to book that day trip, but managed to find a contact number in the end.

Looking to book more holidays next year with travel online

Everything went smoothly when we booked through Kristy, especially as our group consisted of 3 families. Her expertise was invaluable in handling cancelled flights for 2 of the families. The hotels and services forming our package were first class. It made our first trip to Bali easy and enjoyable for everyone. The only (minor) hiccup was when 2 of the final airport transfer drivers thought they were to transport 1 of the families, not two. Easily sorted. Will organise with TravelOnline again for sure, and throughly recommend their top quality and good value packages.

Travel online continues to offer great customer service from start to finish and provides peace of mind when travelling. On this occasion we unfortunately had our return flight cancelled and the speed and ease in which the staff were able to confirm a refund from the airline was incredible. Thank you and we will be sure to book another holiday with you again.

Once again can't fault anything, from service, value and communication.
Our only suggestion. We did the same trip last year too. The sunset cruise was much more appealing to us than the Wildlife Park. A choice would be nice.
We will be booking again for the same time in 2025. Had the best week
