I have NOT encountered a bad experience of all the times I've dealt with them. Be it, via email or phone. The communication has always been timely and clear. Once on my holidays, I've received everything that was in the package. Transfer operators have turned up on time, flights have been great, it's all been super easy and stress free.
When I spoke with Maddison on the phone, she was friendly, gave me the information I needed, wasn't pushy (due to my having to check some info with my fellow travellers), was knowledgable and sent through the additional info we'd talked about very promptly.
Absolutely would highly recommend this organisation!
