Everything ran smoothly, transfers worked efficiently, This wasn't travelonlines fault, but the airline changed our flight times, which meant we lost a full day going over and arrived really late and had a long drive in the dark to our hotel.

But we would use Travelonline again.

We had a fabulous holiday in Fiji staying at the Sheraton Fiji Resort. Beautiful island, fantastic resort, and we would highly recommend both the resort and TravelOnline for future bookings. Infact we plant to use TravelOnline each time we travel :) we have already booked for our family trip to Bali in August!!

We ran into a number of people at Patong Merlin who have booked through “travelonline” they said they were extremely happy with the service
Others who booked through other supplies were unhappy with there service

All we asked for was delivered. You can't ask any more than that. Maybe a quicker response to emails during the planning stage would have been less stressful. Lisa was easy to deal with and very helpful from organising flights, to accommodation to transfer transport to the resort. Good value for money, too.

I would definitely book again & recommend Travelonline! From prebooking to returning home after our holiday, everything was easy. Kelly was informative and helped during the flight delays we experienced. She even went above and beyond to extend our flight home and rebook our accomodation for the extra night...it was all done for us!

The customer service was fantastic.
Though I was very disappointed that my driver that was booked for my transfer back to airport did not arrive so the hotel was good enough to arrange a lift for me. I was very late for my flight, only just made it in time. It was super stressful.

Very much up to the usual service.
Great value in this trip.
Only down side was the cost of the meals at FD$86 pp (fixed price) for Dinner 5 nights in a row, was greater than what we expected, even if you only felt like a snack.
ALL other matters were 100%....
