We booked a trip to Bali through travel online. We are extremely happy with the service we received.

Booking was very easy and our consultant Clare was easy to contact with any questions. We had no issues at all.

Friendly efficient service

Would like to thank our consultant Holly for a wonderful and stressfree holiday experience. Sadly we had to cut our holiday short for family reasons but staff very efficiently organised our flight home.Have used Travelonline for previous holidays and will happily use again next year. I would like to thank you for organising our holiday to Thailand.
We were very pleased with the hotels that we stayed at but most of all we were very impressed with the efficiency of the hotel transfers, at no time were we waiting for the transfers as they were always there waiting for us.
The only downside for the holiday was the 6 hour delay at Phuket airport waiting for our flight to Bangkok to stay at Siam@siam design hotel.
There was a distinct lack of communication at Phuket airport as the only people that knew that our flight was delayed was the ones at the front of the queue.
This delay meant that our plans for Bangkok were thrown into disarray as we were only there for a day and a half of which 1/2 a day was spent waiting at Phuket airport.
Thanks again for your help.

Efficient and timely responses

The service we received from the very start of organising our holiday to arriving home was extremely great. Any questions we had were answered in a perfect way that we could understand. We have already referred travelonline to a friend when we arrived home, and yes we will be contacting Lisa in the near future for her help in another holiday.

I was a little unsure when I had booked as you hear a lot of scam's out there. Everything went well with very helpful and friendly staff. It was a smooth holiday when it came in to checking in.
