Was a bit nervous about buying a holiday online but all workout ok.
I think that the consultants could get back to customers a little quicker once they have sold the holiday as they make you quiet nervous with their lack of service.

You were able to obtain the specific accommodation we required, when other sites and agents were not able to provide the total duration.
Follow up and general communication was very good, thanks!

The holiday was a great experience. There was one glitch at the airport before leaving Australia - a family of four, and the 11 year old was seated by herself, three rows ahead and on the other side of the plane.
Everything else was fantastic, and we will use travelonline again.

After an initial hick up in the booking, this was fixed and everything went smoothly from there on in. Happy to recommend.

Great prices, and friendly helpful staff. Website was easy to book on and good to know agents are based in Oz and you wont get directed to a call centre on the other side of the world!
