Having previously read a couple of negative reviews online, I can only say that the service that we received from Kelly was absolutely great, the air tickets, vouchers etc arrived without a hitch, adjustments were easily made up front, and the holiday went perfectly. Very happy with the service, and would not only use your service again, but happy to recommend to others.
