I have found in the last 4-5 years since we began using travelonline that they really know their business. Louise and the crew stayed in touch with us to make sure that we were happy. We have been to Thailand 4 times and our most recent trip which has just finished we went to Fiji. Our trip to Fiji for example we ran into some other Aussie couples at a little shop and they were saying that they wanted to go to Thailand for their next holidays. I told them that we use travelonline for all our overseas trips and that if they went with anyone else they were probably paying to much. My wife and I will continue to use travelonline whenever we venture overseas, I mean why would we use anyone else. Glenn and Michelle Lovejoy.

Only further recommendation would be to provide earlier or more reminders to make payments from original booking to date full payment is required. Easy to talk with staff and everything was as stated on the itinerary.

We had a great holiday as advertised and had no problems at all.

Thanks for providing such a great online experience. The booking process and travel went without any hitches. The Intercontinental Fiji also upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise. I would certainly use you again and recommend to others.

Thanks for a great holiday booking. We were a little worried on arrival that our names were not on the transfer list however this was soon fixed within 20 minutes. The Graceland Hotel was a fantastic destination with spacious and clean rooms and attentive and courteous staff.
Only small downside to the hotel is that it is a fair way to walk into town but is manageable and cheap via tuk tuk anyway.
Transfer to airport was quick and easy and on time. All in all a great trip and thank you.

Our consultant Clare was quick at replying to enquires.
All the paperwork for the airfares, accommodation, transfers and inclusions were emailed promptly with very clear instructions on what we needed to do. A very easy and successful way to plan a fun family holiday
