We really liked the free massages and thought the Essence of Fiji Massage at the end was a great idea.
The reason we enjoyed the last massage before returning home was because the flight was delayed and it gave us something to do while we waited. Our flight was also delayed on the way over from 11:50pm until 3:40 am which was an incredibly long wait with only Maccas and a coffee shop open at the airport. We had to queue for so long to leave our baggage and were made to ring the Outrigger to make sure we could get to the resort before they would load our bags at Melbourne. The airline gave us no food vouchers or options but to sit in the departure lounge while we waited for the skeleton staff at customs to return from their break and process us at about 3am. Too much lining up and too long a delay.

Unfortunately our driver never picked us up from the airport. I paid for a taxi. Still no mention of a refund for our transfer. Other than that. Always good communication and service

I felt that Travel Online did a great job. In spite of it being an online travel organisation, I felt like I got personalised service. The trip was an amazing value. I would definitely use your service again and I have told several people about you.

The one negative is that when I booked the return from the hotel to the airport was not included or a fee quoted. That's a minor detail.

It was the easiest and most straight forward trip I have ever had to organise and Clare at Travel online was amazing, taking care of all the details including transfers, mainland accommodation as well as Island accommodation. So quick and easy it almost seemed to good to be true. I would highly recommend Travel online to anyone heading overseas.

Excellent, prompt and friendly service from TravelOnline. Our family has travelled to Fiji in Dec 2017 and Uluru in April 2018 with packages booked using TravelOnline and had very smooth travel with everything delivered as booked. Online booking is easy, with back up phone support as needed, so we would recommend it for convenient package booking, though it's difficult to work out whether you always the best price. They send timely reminders and make payment and paperwork very easy.

Thank you for the great service we received booking our holiday. We booked online and unfortunately it didn't go through properly, but we had a phone call and all was sorted out easily. Great communication through out the process. Would recommend to anyone ????
