Great service and always helpful, would recommend to family and friends

The service provided was very good. Very easy to book. Consultants answered all my queries quickly. Everything was organised and we had a wonderful holiday. The holiday package was great value and I have already recommended travel online to friends. Hope to book another holiday in the not too distant future.

This is our third trip we have booked with Clare which clearly states how fantastic she is! All our needs are taken care of and she responds to emails and phone calls straight away. Looking forward to our next holiday!

We are back safe and sound and appreciated the lovely little surprise in our mailbox. It was a lovely touch considering everything else was bills.

I just wanted to let you know that our entire experience with your site and company has been exceptional. My husband and I have travelled extensively overseas during our marriage and this would have to be the first time there hasn’t been a hitch. (Virgin changing the time of the flight was not something you could control).

We normally go through the Flight Centre but this time we were travelling with family and they had booked through your site. As a last minute edition to their trip that they had booked in January we were booking in July/August for a September trip and so we tried going directly to the hotel sites and they had nothing. My brother-in-law had booked through your site and we met up for dinner where he took us through it and we booked.

This was the first trip we have ever taken where every voucher was accepted and conditions met without the person in reception giving a quizzical look as though they had never seen one before, and while the use of the word Bula was well done, not hearing, ‘what is this, what does this mean, we never seen this voucher before’ certainly compensated.

We will definitely be using your site again.

Hi Stewart you booked an amazing holiday for us we absolutely loved everything. The resort in Phuket was fantastic and loved the place in Bangkok. We would not hesitate in rebooking with you again, would love to go back to Graceland If you have any similar packages for Graceland and Bangkok we would love to be notified as it's my 50th coming up next. We really enjoyed Thai airways and the transfers were great. We contacted 7 Travel a couple of times as it's our first time traveling and they answered us promptly (next time we will know what to do and not be such a pest) .
