We have used Travel online a number of times over the last 10 years and have always enjoyed the experience.
They are efficient, helpful and friendly - even with those last minute overseas requests for information !

Easy to deal with. Price was the decider for us. Being able to put the package together yourself and get and idea of cost before actually speaking with an agent was good for being able to compare holiday options.

It was easy to organise and book another holiday to Fiji with travel online. We returned to Fiji, a group of 12 people across 4 rooms, and the process was seamless. Our last trip, to Fiji in 2014, had 14 people across 5 rooms, also went smoothly, hence our use of travel online again. We will book future holidays with them for sure.

Huge shout out to Clare who helped me clarify my jumbled thoughts into a smooth clear thinking process when booking my Vanuatu holiday. I was torn between a number of resorts, and Clare walked me patiently through each process. We had a wonderful stay, and it was a great choice to stay at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Port Vila. Clare also organised travel insurance for us, much appreciated peace of mind. The airport pick up and transfer went very smoothly, nothing to think about, we could just relax. Highly recommend booking through TravelOnline for your next overseas holiday.

Thank you, excellent service. I booked and paid for a night at The Crown Towers Hotel for my husbands birthday, unfortunately he got admitted to hospital that morning. Thankfully Louise was able to rearrange another night a few weeks later. We had a very nice belated birthday on the weekend. Thanks again, this is the second time I have used travelonline and it won't be the last. I have already recommended you to friends and family.

The only thing I did not like was one of us had her plane seat changed, on both flights, after you organised us all seated roughly near each other.
