We were really happy with the booking process and communication. Our holiday was seamless.

The only thing I was not happy with is that you have too many good offers sent to us after taking an option and this cannot be changed before departure dates.

The girls were all so helpful. Always there to attend my million questions and help me when I needed.

Highly recommend, prompt service, documents clear and received well in advance. Would use again.

Fantastic service thank you. Only issue was with transfer by Buffalo Tours to airport in Langkawi. Pick up so early we endured a 4 hour wait before our flight. Check in was only available 2 hours before. Meant for a very long trip home.

Claire was very professional dealing with our booking. All our requests for our hotel were noted and granted.
Would definitely recommend Claire and Travelonline for future holidays.
The only issue we had was the Finns recreational voucher, great if you had young kids as it is a waterpark. We were interested in the massages but figured it was more expensive to get taxi /transport from our location there and back that to go to a local spa. So possibly look at other alternatives for older customers.

Very happy with service from Travelonline. Emails were replied to promptly and contact by phone was easy and questions dealt with in a professional manner. The holiday package for Radisson Blu in Fiji was good value for money. We will use Travelonline again and recommend it to others.
