Very helpful and accommodating. A little more information about facilities (or lack of...) around the resort would have been helpful along with accurate information about the costs involved in making changes to the original booking (increased airfares pushed our prices up). Having said that, changes were made efficiently and our trip ran very smoothly. Consultants were invariably pleasant and helpful and I would happily book again with TravelOnline. We have done so before and will undoubtedly do so again.
