Could not fault service. Would recommend Regal Apts Port Douglas put small plastic bowls in room for washing breakfast dishes other than that we were impressed with facilities and the excellent sevice and welome.

Courteous and efficient service. Husband (Bill) will contact and book another holiday. Would certainly recommend to others.

Holiday went really well no problems whatsoever one family had to leave early due to family crisis back home. We rang trave online to see what to do about getting flights home straight away for the family and the efforts of Rochelle was fantastic she helped get flights straight away home which the family really appreciated. We just got back from 6 nights in Fiji booked through the Travelonline website. We had an awesome time and everything went smoothly with flights, accommodation etc. I was a little worried to start with as I've never booked a holiday using travel vouchers before and I'd had one bad experience losing money with another online agent. No problems here though! Travelonline are totally legit! From first contact I was impressed by the level of service and responsiveness to questions, requests etc. Shelley was great to deal with and when she wasn't immediately available someone else stepped in to assist. I highly recommend them and will definitely be booking with them again... already got my eyes on deals for next year!! Thanks so much!

Everything was great. Transfers, interconnecting rooms, complimentary massages at the Rejuvenation centre was a great way to finish the holiday.
