The ease of which the trip to Fiji was to organise was the stand out factor, but I also organised a trip home to NZ, though Travelonline, to see my ill mother. When that trip had to be extended urgently, Travelonline re organised everything within an hour to suit, over the phone, without a drama. So yes, all our holidays will be done through Travelonline.
