This is the 2nd trip I have booked and everything has been easy. I would and have recommended travel online to friends. I like that I can book online but are still dealing with a person. Holly hs been fantastic.

Let me begin by saying that i have known about Travelonline for many years, but have never used your service.

As a first time user I can wholeheartedly say that you offer the most comprehensive service I have come across on the net. The site is easy to navigate and offers all the information on hotels and flights that I needed. Comparisons were easy. The info on the hotels is fantastic, especially as you get to see all the room categories that are available to you. Price wise you trumped every site that I checked, and if you were a little dearer in some cases , the added bonuses you offered made up for it.
Would I use you again?? DEFINITELY. Would I recommend you to family and friends?? DEFINITELY>

I had a few queries along the way and whether i spoke to Claire(who was my consultant) or any of the other lovely ladies who answered the phone,my questions were always dealt with immediately. Everyone I spoke to was always very helpful and above all extremely courteous.

All in all we had a wonderful holiday. No hiccups, no fuss. Everything that was included in the package was available, and ready to be used. A big thank-you to the Travelonline team.

Great service overall, didn't encounter any problems whatsoever and yes I would book with TravelOnline again and recommend them to family and friends.

Having booked on the internet, I was pleasantly surprised to be allocated a consultant. She kept us informed and we were prompted as and when we needed to make decisions or payments. You, the company, need to word your holiday offerings a tad better. What were optional extras came across as part of the deal. So watch that guys.
Having said that, Holly was fantastic and no question or query was too much and when Holly wasn't there, some one filled her position very admirably. All in all, a terrific experience and thank you Holly for being so helpful...
