We have used Travel on Line several times and have been pleased with the service we have received even though we don't live in Australia. The on line site is very user friendly.

Great overall experience except for return flight. We were not aware that our flight had been rescheduled, so we missed our flight & had to spend 10 hours at airport & pay an extra 75.00 for another flight!! We also had to pay an extra 30:00 for car parking!!

I was very pleased with the regular email contact re my queries, offers of availability if my choices weren't available, and the confirmation of all my bookings etc. I also spoke with Louise via telephone and she was friendly and professional. Many thanks. I will definitely use TravelOnline again.

I was very satisfied with the service from Travelonline and will continue to use their services. The only glitch was that I didn't receive an e-ticket and had to request it be sent but that was handled efficiently.
