Yes everything was great and what we were told. Only criticism was that buffalo tours never turned up to take us to the airport and we had to catch a taxi

I would definitely recommend booking with travel online - it was very simple and what we loved was that we were able to book and still had the year to pay the amount owing. Most communication was via emails which worked best for me - but if I rang the office there was always someone there to answer my questions

Would love to see better packages for Teenagers. Also to include all dining experiences not just the Buffet as buffet meals don't suit everybody.

Yes I would recommend Travel Online as communication was easy and regular emails kept us up to date. Very efficient service.

I found the staff very helpful when I needed to organise travel insurance. Always friendly and happy to answer any questions that I had.

Service was great answered emails and phone calls promptly and always helpful. Booking info and payment details thorough and easy to follow. The only complaint we have is when we went to book the free massage that was part of our package the phone didnt answer and emails were returned. Otherwise website is very informative and easy to use and I would book with travelonline again.

I have found in the last 4-5 years since we began using travelonline that they really know their business. Louise and the crew stayed in touch with us to make sure that we were happy. We have been to Thailand 4 times and our most recent trip which has just finished we went to Fiji. Our trip to Fiji for example we ran into some other Aussie couples at a little shop and they were saying that they wanted to go to Thailand for their next holidays. I told them that we use travelonline for all our overseas trips and that if they went with anyone else they were probably paying to much. My wife and I will continue to use travelonline whenever we venture overseas, I mean why would we use anyone else. Glenn and Michelle Lovejoy.
