My sister just stumbled upon Travel Online while looking for accomodation for her family (& possibly mine) for our recent trip to Bali. Travel Online had a deal on the Movenpick, which included a family deal of two interconnecting rooms. Although, it we don't usually stay 5 star, I was tempted to splash out, because of a special occasion and because it was in Jimbaran Bay, which we had only visited and never stayed.
The hotel was amazing and we found that Travel Online's was just perfect.. Their communication was fantastic, reminder emails about payments was also great. I really recommend them and would definitely use them in the future for our next trip. Being able to use Finns Beach Club was also great. We actually used the voucher before we got to Jimbaran (we stayed in Seminyak first) and that was a huge bonus, as it was quite a distance to travel from Jimbaran Bay. We used Travel online 3 years ago when we went to Fiji and was as pleased with our Phuket trip this time. Staff were really helpful. Fantastic that you can get instant quotes to help you decide on properties and location. Always available when I needed to question something. Booking online was so easy with great options to pick from including meals, bonus tours, transfers and insurance and even Priveledge Club access at KL airport when we had a 5 hr gap between connecting flights. Lisa planned our family trip well, so we had a comfortable trip. I'm especially grateful that she arranged the flight and accommodation schedule, especially the seats on the plane. I want to use Travel Online again next time.

The website was easy to navigate and with lots of great offers. The ordering process was simple allowing us to select transfers, tours and many options prior to arrival. Rachelle was great, answering all our questions quickly.
