Great process and service. Our only feedback is the massage we got included we didnt use as it was too far away from our resort. Would be nice if the massage was for the spa in the actual hotel, this is what we assumed. Wish we had looked into this before we left.

Great service and follow-up during the quote stage right through to the issuing of the tickets and itinerary. Over the last 10 years i have always got quotes from Travel-online but never booked through them. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in future.

Overall service was very good - the delays in getting the flights confirmed were concerning but I know this is not the fault of TravelOnline.
