Very helpful and accommodating. A little more information about facilities (or lack of...) around the resort would have been helpful along with accurate information about the costs involved in making changes to the original booking (increased airfares pushed our prices up). Having said that, changes were made efficiently and our trip ran very smoothly. Consultants were invariably pleasant and helpful and I would happily book again with TravelOnline. We have done so before and will undoubtedly do so again.

Would absolutely use again!!! Really prompt service from initial quote request and when. Had small error on name on booking form which was amended immediately and without charge or any fuss. Communication up to stay was excellent and the room they organised was superb. Kelly was excellent to deal with and extremely helpful. Went above excellent when she managed to add an extra person to our holiday at the last minute.

Lisa went above and beyond to organise and reorganise our trip to Fiji which included our daughters wedding. Only hiccup was car seats for toddlers for transporting to and from Airport to Resort and back. Heading back to the airport there was a car seat but it was broken and we had organised 2 carseats but the 2nd one never appeared nor did we get a credit. But this was more a TTF problem than Travelonline.

TravelOnline service and communication was fantastic and flawless. "Value for money".

The deal we got from TravelOnline was much better than booking thorough the resort directly in terms of value for money.
The deals and inclusions advertised were sometimes a bit confusing when a confirmation would come through that didn't include some of the advertised inclusions. So the final booking required a bit of back and forth with agents to ensure all the fine print was included, but the staff were very helpful in clarifying and fixing any errors. We ended up having a lovely holiday. Thanks!
