Thank you, Lisa, for keeping us up to date and about the two cyclones that hit Vanuatu in March. We were concerned about our booking.

It was a long-awaited break for us not having had holiday for a long time and especially overseas.

We work in Hospitality, but now aged care and it is always busy with ongoing lock downs still now due to covid.

Travel online was pointed out to me by a friend, and they are about to take the same package if it comes around again.

Looking forward to book with travelonline again.

Everything was easy and efficient. No complaints at all.

Thanks - this was a deferred covid holiday with vouchers involved so given that complexity re booking etc everything went well and the service provided was easy to deal with and responsive.

The holiday was excellent. Everything was superbly organised. We were amazed at how smoothly everything ran.
A minor hiccup was no vegetarian meals on Malaysian Airlines despite requesting them.

This was the first time we used TravelOnline and found our experience very pleasant and with no issues. I would certainly use TravelOnline in the future if the price is right.

Wonderful experience from time of receipt of my original quotation until my return home. At all times I was kept up to date with everything and nothing was left to chance. Even allowing for the fact of a small hiccup in transport arrangements on arrival in Thailand this was quickly rectified and the rest of our holiday went off perfectly.
