Staffs at Graceland were very friendly and accommodative. Our stay at the resort was enjoyable. Recommends to everyone. Only problem we faced was the unstable wifi. Overall our stay was fantastic.
Great place, perfect location!
Rooms were clean, and spacious however a tad of wear and tear.
Our air conditioning was leaking water, but was promptly fixed when staff were informed.

This was our 2nd stay at Graceland Resort. The first time was 14 years ago. We loved it then, but, wow, we adored it this time. Their attention to detail was perfection. During our stay we were lucky enough to be invited to their weekly cocktail party for returning and long- stay guests. Wow! Their finger food was to die for along with free flowing cocktails! Also the Thai New Year Water Festival was celebrated with a sumptuous dinner. The set up on the grass area wasn't nothing short of spectacular with white table cloths, white chair covers and gold trim! The food was outstanding along with the entertainment!
Our accommodation was divine and bedding sumptuous. The bathrooms and rooms have been totally renovated with first class amenities! The service was brilliant and the breakfast was delicious, varied but not always hot enough for me. We didn't eat in their dining rooms as we preferred to eat out at the local, nearby restaurants.
The pools were huge and no less than 3 to choose from. Our favourite was the rooftop pool as less children attended.
Overall, one of the best resorts we've stayed in!!

Graceland was a lovely property, very secure but walking distance when leaving to restaurants, beach, activites and the local "cafes".
We choose the Graceland Resort because of the value for money but also because it was rated as a top 5 family resorts. Surprisingly there was very few children. We would definitely stay again because of its location, rooms, two swim up bars (!) And friendly staff.
Loved staying at Graceland. Far enough from the main center of Phuket to be peaceful but close enough for a $6 tuk tuk ride or sweaty walk to access everything you could want. The resort itself was clean and with all the facilities. Only downside was that we expected the 2 bedroom suite to have some more facilities. This room is very much set up still like a motel room with provisions only for making tea and coffee.
The staff at this resort are very friendly and always happy. They are always willing to help people. They are efficient in their work. The rooms are big and comfortable and are cleaned everyday by very friendly staff.The food is typical resort food but this resort is close to lots of street stalls and restaurants that its easy to eat out. The buffet breakfast has a very big variety of foods that should satisfy everyone.the resort has pools everywhere and the beach is across the road.
Absolutely fantastic from start to end. First time in phuket and what an experience especially to stay at Graceland. Location and service ,staff friendly thoroughly recommend for all.

Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa is a wonderful resort. The several pools make it feel not crowded and spacious whilst swimming. The room we had was very large and balcony was great. Located in a great spot across from the beach in the main area. Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning again. Perfect for couples or families. Breakfast was great.
A lovely resort on Patong beach. Close to the hustle & bustle of Patong, but quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

This is our 3rd stay at Graceland. It is the perfect location, walk to everything, the beach is directly opposite the main pool as is the massage hut and all beach activities. Rooms are spacious with good air conditioning. We had the pool view room which was lovely and had a big shower. Already planning our next trip back. The staff are lovely and the breakfast buffet has something for everyone.
The resort was fantastic, the sunset deluxe room was huge & very well equipped. The breakfasts were just amazing. Could not fault a thing .we will be returning to hopefully a swim up room
The resort itself was great, it was great having all the different swimming pools.
The buffet breakfast was good, very disappointed with the two restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner, the food wasn't good at all and the service was very slow as we waited ages for our food.
The rooms were very clean the only problem was if the aircon wasn't left on at a certain temperature the room would get all moist and wet.

Flavor Restaurant & The View Bar were closed which we were very disappointed in as the views would be amazing.

We could not fault Graceland- the room was spacious and modern. Location is very convenient- across the road from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The breakfast at the resort was amazing- we were spoilt for choice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again

I've been to Graceland twice now and I won't stay anywhere else now. I love this place. It's clean, the staff are exceptional and the location is perfect.
Have stayed here many times over the last 11 years and whilst it needs hsome TLC, it never fails with service, location and wonderful, friendly staff.
Great resort for families kids club staff were amazing with the kids.
Large rooms which were great. Loved the choice of their 5 pools. Great location on the beach however a good 15 minute walk in the busy area of Patong but doable. Staff were amazing and the breakfast was awesome with a choice of 2 areas. Would definitely stay here again
Graceland Resort is very well appointed. Pools (yes there are 4!) Are amazing with lots of pool chairs and umbrellas. Sky pool had an amazing view over the resort to the ocean. The lobby was huge and welcoming with great air conditioning. Service was outstanding, all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a hit - such a huge variety! Kids loved the bowling while we waited out the rain. Everything in close proximity or a tuk-tuk or taxi is very easy to get. All the restaurantsand room servie share the same menu which was disappointing but we can highly recommend Fouket and Thai Smile which was a short walk. Do yourself a favour and visit Elephant Jungle Sanctuary - the most incredible experience of our lives. The resort is a little dated, which is to be expected after Covid, but they are busily working on upgrades and refurbishment. Overall a fabulous trip!

Graceland is a lovely Hotel in a terrific location opposite the beach. The room we had was large and modern with every convenience. Breakfast was very nice with a huge range of foods. We enjoyed our stay.
Adjoining rooms were made available where possible. Staff were friendly.
We enjoyed our stay at Gracelands. We liked that it was a little distance away from the busy streets but was still an easy walk or a THB200 tuk tuk or taxi. We liked that there was everything at resort if you didn't want to leave. Had sunset view pool view room and it was 4 star. Plenty of room for 3 suitcases to be stored. We ate at sunset bar and they had a good variety. Pool was relaxing. We would stay at Gracelands again.
Enjoyed our stay
The hotel is in a good location, approx 10-15min walk from Bangla road and directly across the road from Patong Beach. The hotel offers different daily exercise classes at 9:30am (ie: pilates, yoga, strength etc) and a variety of pool and kids club activites (Monday through to Saturday). The hotel gym is well equipped and there are plenty of restaurant/cafe options, pools and several swim up pool bars. Whilst the pools and surrounding areas (including the pool towels) are in need of updating and refurbishment, they are clean and maintained throughout the day. There is also a spa, gift/beauty shop, tour office and business rooms/facilities available although we did not need to utilise any of these.
In general, we found all of the staff friendly and accommodating particularly the housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Breakfast had a great variety although the main restaurant was very busy between 9am-10:30am where it was difficult to get a table. However, you can always eat at the Sunset Restaurant for breakfast and we never had any trouble getting a table here.
The hotel is quite outdated, run down and in need of maintenance altough we noted that renovations/refurbishments were taking place while we were there. Our friends rooms (Deluxe rooms in Block 3) had been updated however we were in Block 4 (pool view rooms that were interconnecting) and our rooms had obviously not yet been done as they were outdated, had very poor Wifi in the rooms and our TV did not work very well. However, the rooms were clean, relatively spacious and had everything we needed. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job of cleaning our rooms everyday and replacing our towels (and bed linen if requested).
Overall, we found this hotel good for the price and location and we would stay again.
Thank you for an amazing 14 days. Bucketing rain and all couldn't damper our stay. The location of Gracelands is perfect, the workers were very friendly and making sure we enjoyed our time. We look forward to returning when the current renovations are completed. Gracelands has a lot to offer for families, teenagers, young adults and all ages. We really enjoyed our stay in Phuket. Our location was perfect for our trip with easy access to a variety of dining shopping options. We had 3 rooms together for 7 people in total, however we could easily have managed with 2 given the size of the rooms. Some areas of the hotel required maintenance, although it was evident this was being worked on progressively.
Over the 3 rooms which were all together we noted a bit of dampness/condensation which wasn't present in the other 2 rooms. It was a mild irritation, but nothing too major.
Would consider staying at Graceland again.
Everything was great and the only recommendation would be to have railings fitted to the steps entering the pools for the older guests.
We have a great 14 days at Gracelands. Brilliant spot for first timers to Phuket. We will be back.

I have stayed at Gracelands before and will definitely stay again if I go back to Patong. Very happy to find years ago. A massive luxurious property full of fun and a short walk to the centre of town. Highly recommend.
Amazing place to stay good service not great though.
So relaxing in such a lovely tropical environment. Buffet breakfast was generous with huge range to cater for all tastes and nationalities. The main pool was massive and a nice place to relax out of the hustle-bustle of the busy main restaurant/shopping areas that were just a step out of the resort grounds. We participated in some of the many free activities such as yoga, pilates, pool exercises, water polo. A great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. All good.

We loved Phuket Gracelands the first time we stayed there. It was just as good this time. We are planning another family holiday in a couple of years and will definitely stay there again.
Can't recommend Graceland enough, we have stayed twice and would stay every time we go back. Staff are are amazing, breakfast amazing. If you needed something fixed it was done without a problem.

Great spot close to everything .. clean facility with lots to do
Rooms were nice, not amazing but what you would expect for a hotel of this price and rating. Maintenance and upkeep was done throughout the hotel in rooms that weren't used, service was good very friendly and listened to our needs. Pools were the best part especially for the kids and the location was perfect if you wanted next to the beach or on the main busy Patong Beach strip. Walking distance to Bangla and most restaurants.
Only complaint was the air conditioning sometimes picked up a cigarette smell and circulated it through out room (probably from others smoking in their rooms when they shouldn't)
Would recommend for everyone except people that want a secluded or quiet place away from the action.

We had a wonderful stay at Graceland with a family of 5. Very reasonably priced and great value for money. Close enough to walk to everything. Friendly staff and breakfast was so good and plenty of it. The only criticism I would have is that the resort is getting a bit dated and could do with some updates but not enough to spoil the stay. We would recommend and even stay there again.

Amazing resort for families, good location right across the road from the beach, and a small stroll to the shops. Plenty of pool options to choose from, breakfast was amazing so much food to choose from. Overall a 10/10 from us.

Graceland was awesome we loved everything resort sheets and towels changed daily, location straight across from the beach, food buffet breakfast was great locals foods were amazing, shopping got some great bargains. Would highly recommended Thailand done some great day trips and got a great tan water is beautiful and clear and very clean

Stayed in the newer sunset pool view rooms ,fantastic next to the sunset restaurant lovely at night listening to the music from the bar also very quiet at night .have stayed there 6 times already and love the place.
Great place to stay
We were really impressed with this resort. Rooms are big, pools are fabulous, breakfast buffet had lots of choice, room service and restaurants were really good. Plenty of activities if you choose to join.

As two older travelers my sister and I had a great time from the helpfulness at reception to the security guard who was diligent in making sure that we got across the road to the beach safely. You would have to chose to be bored. You could fill each day with activities or sit back and relax by the pool. The breakfast choices were great.

had a great time a Graceland Resort Phuket, Family Room with sitting room area - very room, newly renovated and clean. Some parts of hotel looking a bit tired but they seem to be addressing it, Breakfast was excellent, great choice and supply of food no matter what time you arrived. Main Pool great for adults and older kids, plenty of loungers and umbrellas, we loved the aqua aerobics at 11.30am and aqua volley ball or aqua basketball at 4.30pm every day, the Entertainments Officers Asha and Kelvin were great, very friendly and enthusiastic. Good location down the quiet end but within walking distance to shops and entertainment.
It would be good if the Beach Bar/Belgian Cafe at the front had some music or live entertainment a few nights of the week, I believe it would attract more business

Room and bathroom were a great size. Nice to spread out. Food at hotel was brilliant. The variety of food for breakfast was amazing. Room service was brilliant when we needed it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of facilities. Location was fantastic. We will be coming back next year.

House keeping did a great job and our room was also clean.
A few suggestions that the kid’s club, the kids had to be over 5 to stay. We had a 3 year old and it would of been really nice to be able to leave him there for a few hours so we can have some adult time.
The cost of the restaurant in the resort were really expensive, such a shame because otherwise we would of eaten within the resort more.
But it was a great stay loved the location and would go back again!

RM was on 5th floor, used sky pool on 3rd floor most frequently of the total of 10 swimming pools.

You can book trips Once a month Great Cocktail afternoon. The Thai people show great respect for everyone They are so nice

We stayed at Graceland Resort and Spa for 10 nights, the service was great, the rooms were modern and clean. the location was also great, it was a short walk to the restaurants and shops, which was good as not being on top of all the action was also good, but only a 2 min walk. Over the road from the beach! Fantastic amenities! the pools were amazing, that gardens, the breakfast and even bowling. Loads of activities on all the time if you have kids, and plenty of quiet areas if you don't, Will definitely be back.

I can highly recommend this resort as a great place for families, couples or singles to stay. The whole resort was clean and highly maintained by friendly and courteous staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback I found was limited channels on the TV for English speaking people, and the WiFi was a little unpredictable. On the whole, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
We were upgraded to ocean view rooms which have been refurbished. The interconnecting rooms were ideal for our family of 5 and nicely fitted out. Breakfast has a good variety. Food and drink as with all resorts is a bit pricey but the convenience does represent value. Some great little restaurants around and a comfortable walk to Bangla Rd, Junkceylon etc. would happily stay again and wish I was still there!
Great resort close walk to town and across the road from the beach. Resort is being refurbished as it is beginning to show its age but overall the resort offers good value. Pools between every building and restaurants a plenty! Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of tastes catered for. Special dinner buffet most nights. 10 pin bowling alley was a surprise, plenty snooker tables and the fitness centre was clean and well maintained. Happy with our stay.

Graceland is a really good resort, well located close to many restaurants and shops ... across the rode from the beach. Staff are amazing, very helpful and attentive ... If I was to ask for something it would be that they would make one of the four swimming pools an adults only pool... perhaps the one on the rooftop, as it is the smaller one and would make sense not to have children at that one.... The resort is very well designed with several restaurants within the ground .... absolutely 5 stars.

Good resort but staff arrogant and don’t speak much english
The room we had was great, even though I wish that I had booked a "Swim up" room. Quite a few people including ourselves complained about the loudness of the music, from the "Bar and Grill" attached to the resort, asking for room changes.
The resort was withing easy walking distance to the main shopping place. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Different people that I had met, who had stayed there previously, had said that they were disappointing in the resort, that it had become less family friendly and too much like a night club scene.
They had up graded us, but we wanted to be downstairs with the pool and they went out of their way to rectify it and gave us a couple of dinners for the disruption to our holiday.
We loved where the resort was situated/ close to beach and the buzz of Patong was close by.
The resort pools were fantastic and the pool bar staff were awesome !!! The resort itself is in need of fresh paint as the longer you were there the more you noticed marks and plastering and walls are very old and tired in parts. The breakfast buffet was good and we would def stay there again :)
Graceland is a fantastic resort. We stayed in a family room in the sunset wing. The room was huge and the wing has been renovated. Parts are still old but in a decent condition. Pools and activities were fantastic. A great location however a little bit of a hike to walk to the centre of town but a cheap tuk tuk ride or 20 minute walk is all that it takes.
The hotel was fantastic, the location was prime beachfront and only a small walk to the nightlife.
The street food across the road was always fresh, great tasting and cheap. The hotel was also very reasonable in pricing for food and drinks.

Stayed here as a family with 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child. Ten minutes walk to all the action on Bangla Road or lots of restaurants and food carts around resort. Stayed in pool view rooms which were modern and updated. Read lots of negative reviews on this resort but so glad we ignored them and booked anyway. Great location only walking distance or tuk tuk from all the action. Would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay especially for families as it’s a large resort that has 3 large pools and good amenities, the facilities are fantastic such as indoor bowling, snooker, pool tables, kids club etc. Close to main action of Bangla Rd but very quiet part of town. The furniture was a bit worn such as seating and tables in restaurant, main reception area and in rooms. For breakfast sunset dining area is not that good as food was not as fresh due to only a small amount of people using the restaurant so suggest use the main restaurant for breakfast which was ok with freshness but probably lacked a bit of choice. We did not eat at the hotel restaurants for dinner as many cheap options around town. Stayed in a pool access room which was a great size room but the bed was only a queen and a bit uncomfortable, mattress needs an upgrade, lounge had stains on it and bathroom was a little dated but clean. Looking outside of these negatives the resort is a good place to stay close to main Bangla Rd and across the road to a nice part of Patong beach, walk to Bangla Rd in about 10-15minutes, tuk tuks around town 200baht don't pay anymore. Overall good place but just needs a bit of money spent upgrading furniture, basic maintenance on pools/buildings, painting and repairing worn parts of the buildings, considering this probably still would stay again as it’s a great spot in Patong.
The location is awesome, the beach is out front, and there are shops of every type and restaurants all around within super easy walking distance. Breakfast buffet selection was extensive, egg station excellent, only thing that could be improved was the bacon as it was always cold. Plenty of beautiful pools to swim or just cool off in, and 2 seperate pool bars for refreshments. Getting a deck chair can be a challenge. It seemed many were wasted when families took enough for all family members yet the kids played in the pool and never actually used them. Pool towels were plentiful and easy to access.
Wifi is available around the resort which is really convenient, can be slow though if too many are using at same time. There is a tour desk, a gym, a coffee shop, bowling alley, pool tables to keep everyone entertained, especially handy when it rains. All in all we loved this place and will definitely go back again.
Staff were not friendly and very expensive to use the bowling alley situated at the hotel. In fact everything st the hotel was expensive. Going to get pool towels each day, the attendant never cracked a smile for the whole time we were there. Breakfast staff very inattentive, and trying to find a table each morning with no help from staff at all was ridiculous

Our stay st Phuket Gracelands was wonderful and having pool access in the Sunset Wing was the ultimate. Fantastic size room, wonderful facilities and lovely staff. Great location easy walk to Bangala Road and shopping but tuk tuk always outside the entrance. Thank you Travelonline everything was perfect. Be hearing from me next year!!!
Gracelands Resort was excellent,highly recommended for Families-location is central,buffet breakfast is great,family rooms are spacious,main pool area is great for everyone, just across the from beach,super easy access to Tuk Tuk's,Food carts,Markets and 7 eleven...We have nothing negative to say about Gracelands-Thankyou for a great first holiday to Patong!!
We are a family with three teenagers and absolutely had a ball at this place. If we go to Phuket again, we would definitely stay here. Its a little bit away from the business but only a five minute walk to get there

A great central place to stay only 1 hr from Airport (including traffic). Close to attractions and places to visit. Graceland was clean and staff were lovely to deal with. Graces Bar/cafe and the main buffet restaurant was good trustworthy food however the Sunset restaurant/belgian Beer cafe wasn't the best with us suffering from unsafe food. A number of nice food outlets located close by. Bowling alley and kids program is very well setup with plenty to offer for kids. The beach was only a short walk across the road however the surf tended to be a little rough. A Nice getaway.

The Graceland seemed to have it all. Many pools to choose from, bars, bowling alley, kids club and more. Parts of the hotel were a bit tired and could do with a spruce but overall it was a great family place to stay. The kids club and adult entertainment could have been better coordinated but the staff who ran kids club, volleyball, soccer, trivia night etc were all very friendly and helpful.

The staff could not be more accommodating. There are taxis 24/7 ready to take you anywhere. I would recommend this resort to anyone, everything is done for you and you can just concentrate on your holiday
We just got home from 9 nights in this wonderful resort. A family of 4 adults and 2 kids, there were 33 people in our travelling group. We stayed in 2 pool access rooms and loved it. So nice straight from your room into the pool and a short swim to the swim up bar.the resort is huge with plenty to do and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Taxis and tuk tuks are easy to get close to the resort and there are a couple of street food carts just outside the resort. We ate a few nights at the Belgian Beer Cafe which was nice with a good selection, the staff were lovely. All the staff we met during our time were all so lovely right down to the guys at the front gate. The whole time we were there we received great service. A big cheer for the Carpe Diem team, they were great and funny! Bowling was great fun, there is so much to do. Breakfast was in the Sunset restaurant which was so much quieter than the main bistro. I highly recommend Gracelands, we will definitely be back!
A great place to stay friendly staff very accommodating, food was excellent very clean grounds, well kept and close to most things of interest or only a short Tuk Tuk away.
We had a wonderful week away at Gracelands. Loved the pools and breakfast buffets, and really appreciated the interconnecting rooms. The kids loved running across the lawns and the bowling alley!

Our stay was good, being across the road from the beach was handy. A bit of a walk to the main shopping area. Could not fault the resturants in our location. Rooms very comfortable and roomy. Staff not as friendly as we had in Khao Lak.

The only drawback was we had a queen size bed and it was difficult to sleep together on it. I did request for a king size but was told i had to pay extra.
Had the most fantastic stay. The hotel is massive but still felt private. The pools are great each with its own bar area and you can choose privacy or party totally depending on your mood. The staff were friendly and not intrusive. The bowling alley hilarious and a bonus. A range of bars and dining to suit your mood. My only complaint was not alot of vegetarian options but we get use to that. There is a amazing Italian "Da Maurizio "about 800mts up the road that is worth the walk for ambience food and staff.
Overall loved everything about this place and holiday. Recommend it to anyone. Its far enough from the party area that you dont get the worst of it but close enough if you are curious. Winner of a spot

Always a favourite to stay at however is in need of some attention as it is looking quite old in some places. Top pool is an awesome escape from the full on activities of the other pools however is quite neglected. Spas don't work and are full of algae and the gardens beside pool are full of weeds which is a stark contrast to the beautifully manicured gardens enjoyed across the rest of the resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday staying at Phuket Graceland. There are lots of families with plenty of other children for our 3 to play and hang with (aged 9, 11 and 14). 3 huge pools and lots of organised activities for them by the resort staff. Close to the beach, and close enough to the main hub/bangla road to get easy access but far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings with the kids. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Recommend staying in the new Sunset section, this has been renovated, rooms are very nice and great access to 100m+ pool. If you are looking for a romantic couple getaway or retirees looking for a quiet bathe in the pool, this may not be the best option for you, the kids can be rather rowdy. Great for us, happy tired kids means happy parents :-)
First time for me but second time for the girlfriend, I totally enjoyed my stay. Just across the road is the Beach. Belgian Beer Cafe downstairs. Big Shereton hotel being built next door but the construction was not a disturbance. Breakfast included is a must. So much variety to eat from. Different pools to choose from , totally recommend the Sunset Wing Deluxe room, 3rd floor looking over the pool. teenage kids had garden rooms. Gardens are so well kept and so green. Cabanas at pool but get in early as guest take them all day very clean overall, get a king size bed if a couple because they could give you 2 doubles however not a problem to change. Do yourself a favour and stay at Graceland you will not be disappointed !

Hotel is conveniently located across the road from Patong beach and about a 15 min walk from Bangla Road. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast was delicious. If anyone is thinking of visiting Graceland don’t hesitate.
We loved staying at Graceland yet again its the third time we stayed at this resort and never been disappointed. Perfect for families. My daughter had a fanastic time with plenty of entertainment for children. We will definitely be back.
Phuket Graceland was a fabulous hotel. It was clean, rooms were serviced daily with lots of options for guests to keep busy. The group of four that ran the activities and kids club were amazing. Our kids wanted to be with them more then us. Food was also great.

The Graceland is the number one choice for hotels in Patong. The location is fantastic being close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The pool bar in the sunset wing is well staffed, you don't have to wait long for a drink or food. We had some minor issues in our room and they were fixed within 10 mins of calling reception. Options for dining at the hotel are great as are the hundreds of restaurants that surround the hotel. There are so many activities on offer each day at the hotel to keep the kids entertained. I highly recommend this fantastic facility.
We stayed 8 nights recently and decided to stay in the newly renovated suite with kitchenette & spa bath located in block 9, it was brilliant. We missed out on the rooms with private balcony that you can slip into the pool, but in hindsight realise this room is better because the pool was only 2/3 metres away anyway. We could sit on balcony and watch the kid in the pool, quick access to gate that is close to beach, right near the Belgian beer cafe. If you want you can move the kids bed into the lounge room so you technically have two rooms to get some privacy. When we arrived the room didn't have heavy curtains so every tom dick & Harry could see in. Hubby went down and spoke to them and the next day they fixed it up. Restaurant food was lovely and morning breakfast you have a huge choice to choose from but it gets bland quickly but okay. Staff polite and helpful when asked but they don't go out of their way to engaged you, so if you like that style of service you will be better to go elsewhere. The pool program staff were excellent and fun and very engaging and was something to look forward to if around. Air-conditioners minimum setting is 23.5 and you can't force them lower. The key access system in new rooms were excellent. My only gripe was the toilet gurgles if someone in the block flushes and the smell was overwhelming at times in the bath room, we had to make sure toilet door was always shut so the smell didn't travel through the room. A spray available would help. Shower pressure is brilliant but did take a little while to heat up. We would return to Graceland in the future as it is a dependable well run place to stay. There is a driver out the front called Bella and she made our stay the best ever and the gate staff are lovely, too!
Stay was great, facilities were great (Pool Access New). The property could do with a Access gate for pedestrians where the old transport gate is. Remember to get some mozzie coils for outside your room.

Just don't leave any money lying around. The cleaners seem to this it's left there for them.
It was only an Au $20 that's about 500Baht , but that's not the point. This year our regular room cleaner missed out on a $50 AU tip . That would be close the her weekly pay.

I would recommend this hotel as it has many benefits.
It is a very large complex but getting a bit tired in some places.
Breakfast can become a bit of a fight especially on weekends.
The staff are lovely and it has plenty of security.
Just a walk across road to beach.
Only real criticism would be the cleaners could wipe vanities down each day.
Should be left up to you.
Bit of a hike to Junkcelon Centre but a flat walk which you can do in about 15 mins or pay 200 baht for taxi.
All in all a great place to enjoy Phuket with great sunsets from beach or veranda of Belgium Bar and Restaurant.
I would recommend this place as a family friendly resort but for kids older then 8 and above. The kids club was great for my 5 year old, but the pool was not suitable for him. The dining options were great but could seem a bit pricey. I loved the bar/cafe in the lobby with their ice cream stand and cakes.

Graceland is in prime location to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was amazing for what we paid for. The building could use a paint but all in all was 10/10.
We are a couple with no children The property had 3 very large pools Unfortunately all pools allowed children The pool on the roof used to be child free... but this was no longer policed kids were jumping and splashing it was uncomfortable for us It you are a couple without kids or a romantic get away this is not the place to stay

This hotel was nice but the service and cleanliness wasn't very good. Not many of the staff spoke English and the pool we had acces to from our pool access room was dirty. At times there were cigarette butts floating in it. The security guards were the friendliest staff. Loved the room size but the resort needed a good clean.
Just returned from trip to Phuket and stayed at Gracelands Hotel at Kathu, Patong Beach. This is a beautiful older style resort which is well run with friendly and helpful staff. More aligned at the family market but recommend for anyone who wants to be close to the action of Patong but still have peace and quiet. Advise to use the back alley to find some of the better restaurants, especially live seafood and bars. Great hotel, will definitely stay here on our next trip!
Graceland has amazing facilities and lots of choices. There is a main pool, and three pools along the swim-up rooms. Then there is the Sky pool, which has amazing views across the resort, beach and ocean. The main pool and sunset pool both have swim-up bars as well. There are plenty of dining options within the resort, with two separate buffet breakfasts, and four restaurants/cafes for dinner. Two are also open for lunch. Along the front and back streets, all within easy walking distance, are a range of Thai and Western dining options. There are numerous convenience stores (think 7/11), clothing, massage and souvenir shops within walking distance as well. The best massages are directly across the road from the resort, on the beach.
The only downside to the resort is the maid service. Whilst the rooms are spacious and spotless when you arrive, the standard slips over the time of your stay. Our floor was rarely swept, meaning there was often sand sticking to your feet and making its way into your bed. We only requested the bedding be changed once during our 10 night stay, however, all the maid service did was reverse the bedding. I know this because of a small stain from a bleeding finger was still on the bedding after the supposed change.
The resort staff were extremely friendly and accomodating, and were always smiling and greeting you when they passed you.
Over all, it was a great location and resort, and we will be visiting again.

Great location, close to everything, some parts of the hotel are a little dated, the only real negative was the kids club was poorly run and not a lot of supervision was provided to the children, the toilets were outside the room and children were sent alone to use them. We would return but would hire a babysitter rather than using kids club.
Great spot with great pools and easy access to everything you need. we got upgraded to a suite instead off a family room and looked over the ocean and pools could not have asked for anything better.

Couldn't be happier. We didn't want to leave. Stayed on a deluxe pool room with a 2 years old baby and we had an amazing fun time. People are amazing the staffs are so helpful and Thai people in general love children's they are always smiling. Surrounds the hotel you have all kind of restaurants. With you are a seafood lover like us you will be in paradise. So cheap and fresh seafood on grill or barbecue.
This was a nice resort however quite a bit of the accomodation needs renovating. We stayed in the renovated section which was quite nice. Location pretty good. Worst part of our stay was the staff who didn't seem happy at all. Reception staff were very rude and I was really surprised at the way they treated patrons. Wouldn't stay here again.
I have stayed in a lot of resorts and this is the best value, location and quality that I have found.. The staff are friendly and there are several pools to choose from, including the top floor pool. Beach is across the road and we spent almost every evening dining at the Belgium Cafe which serves amazing food.
The main part of town is walking distance of about 10 mins along the beach.. Over all an awsum experience ::))

This is a really good hotel for families, staff are really helpful and friendly. we would come back to this hotel.
Pool access room needs some steps to get in and out of the pool, a hand rail and a slippery slope does not suffice.
Our room was located very near one of the resorts restaurant which had live music at night and it was invasive.
Guests need the option of a child free pool zone as our pool access room was filled with the noise of yelling children which made it hard to relax and read.
Breakfast was very noisy and overcrowded in main restaurant however the Sunset breakfast area was very pleasant but sadly did not offer the variety of food as in the main area needs improvement overall.
Happy again but the resort is starting to show signs of being old. It needs a fair amount of work to be performed to bring it back to its original condition. A good start would be a fresh coat of paint.
We stayed in the Sunset deluxe Pool room. LOVED IT. The staff were friendly and helpful. The security staff were excellent and always greeted us with a smile and hello. The is excellent eating venues near by. Cheap and clean. The Legends Bar at the back of Gracelands and Nicky's Handlebars cafe highly recommended. Th resort has great food however a bit over priced. Breakfast was awesome but could use more variety of hot dishes.
Cheap shopping at Old Phuket town markets. (Weekends only) Avoid shopping in Patong until you have shopped there. Siam Niramit Show was awesome. as is Fantasea however preferred Siam Niramit. Tuk Tuk is about 200bht to most places.
We had a late flight out. I requested a late check out which costs more but was well worth it. Clean and fresh for the trip home. Would recommend this resort to everyone.

After a plane delay and arrival at 3am, what a joy it was to see our beautiful room. The bed was big, comfy and very inviting. Later that morning revealed a very pleasant resort with numerous pools, pool bars and eateries. Graceland Resort is excellent value for money.
Gracelands Resort is a few blocks away (perhaps 0.75 km) from the main hub of Patong (Bangla Road) so it is less hectic than being in the thick of things. It is an easy walk to Bangla Road. The resort is of good quality with lots of cheap, good quality places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and service was very good.
Overall we had an enjoyable stay at Graceland Resort and Spa. The only thing that I need to mention is that the reception staff hardly ever smiled and were not very helpful. The years ago we stayed at Merlin Beach Resort and the staff at the reception over there were much more helpful and more professional than the staff from Graceland Resort.

We had a fantastic stay at the Graceland's resort!
The hotel itself is getting quite old and needs quite a bit of maintenance however the newer section (Sunset rooms) are a bit newer and in better condition.
I would highly recommend the swim up rooms but the resort need to look up making it easier for guests to step in and out of the pool as climbing up the steep and incredibly large step isn't possible for many people.
The food served at the restaurants is average and overpriced however there are many nice restaurants in the local area.
The staff need to take some lessons in giving good customer service (in particular the staff at the pool bar).
If late check out is needed I would advise you simply book an additional room as our flight left late and the hotel wanted to charge us 22,500 baht (Around $900 AUS) to leave at 6:30pm instead of 12pm.
Overall the hotel is good value if you are able to book on a pay 5 stay 10 basis but I wouldn't pay full price.
This hotel is in a great spot and our room was very nice - super large on the 1st floor with our own private pool that was shared with approx 8 other rooms. I have to say that the room was very noisy due to being located above the Restaurant and to add to that there seemed to be late night ie. after 10.00pm checkins regularly (we checked in around 3am due to delays at Phuket Airport), this didn't bother us too much but the noise would have impacted on families. Breakfast was great with lots of variety and really good quality food. We chose not to eat or drink at the restaurants/bars at the Hotel due to additional service charges ie. 17%. There were many restaurants and bars close by which beautiful food and great cocktails. The staff were very helpful, our room was very clean and the grounds of the resort were beautifully kept and always immaculately clean. We took advantage of a few tours and overall had an enjoyable holiday.

Dated rooms. Our room had a constant rattle from the air-conditioner and the temperature gauge didn't work so we just had to turn off the air when it got to cold. .
Very average restaurants within resort. Free breakfast is ok but don't pay money to eat there because the food is pretty bad. Room service meals were disgusting.
Facilities were good. Swimming pools were clean. Location was perfect.
Would probley not stay there again. Too far out, breakfast was terrible. Spa was not working whole time we were there. I prefer the BantaI, I would also get a pool accsess room .
On arrival front counter staff very helpful once we arrived to room we notice they had a bad mill due smell, after a couple of days we asked to change rooms as smell was still there and when shown another room it was just as bad. We didn't eat here as it was very pricey and on top they would add a surcharge of 17 per cent. In general very nice, pools and grounds are very well maintained. Location is great not to far away from shops and we found some really nice places to eat and $4.00 cocktails every where. In general highly recommended for families and couples, only advise I can offer is eat and drink elsewhere due to prices.
The hotel provided everything we needed! Great service, a well fitted out room, great pools and gardens and a spectacular buffet breakfast. My only comment would be that, the buildings themselves were looking a litte tired - in need of some maintenance (balconies) and a makeover. Housekeeping were efficient in cleaning rooms but dirty dishes and rubbish could then be left in the hallway for days before it was taken away.
We had a great time in Thailand. Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa was in a great location for walking into town and to the beach. So much right on doorstep. The staff at the resort were helpful and cheerful. The facilities were always clean, neat and tidy. Rooms were a generous size.

Phuket Graceland resort spa is the nicest hotel we ever stayed in in Phuket, it is right on the beach , security all day so safe , , the staff are just lovely and so helpfull ,the buffet breakfast is delicious , choose of two restuarants , rooms are big and clean , 5 clean pools to enjoy , jets in the pools to sit under , so much to do bowling , pool tables , all in the hotel . Jet skiing, parasailing , baby elephant gives you kisses so cute , shooting gallery , go karting , shopping , markets , all walking distance .everything so cheap cloths , food , taxi ,. I can't praise this place enough . We have been there for our fourth year and seen many hotels, as my friends try different once ,but always come back to Graceland ,so give it a try ,lovely for every one from young couples to family , so much to do or just relax .. Thank you to Stuart and all the staff we REALLY enjoyed out stay, nothing is ever to much ,they are always helpfull if you need more compliment water etc ,always a good morning with a smile, and keep up those beautiful gardens ..there is so much I could say but best everyone experience this beautiful place by them self . This was the best holiday we had for a long time ., clean big rooms , 5 clean swimming pools with jets every where to sit underneath , so relaxing , bowling , pool, library , help desk , u walk across the one way traffic road to the beach , security man to help u across the road , wHICH is not that busy anyway ,jet skiing , parasailing ,see baby elephant, who gives you kisses so cute , go karting , shooting range , the most beautiful shows , lots of shopping from markets to department stores every thing so cheap, food ,cloths, taxi , etc ,all shops walking distance , restaurants right on the beach you can take shoes of and sit with feet in the sand looking into the rolling waves, and see the sun set ,so romantic ,I had the best mushroom soup for $3 Aust biggest oysters in the world at sunset beach resort walking distance up the hill but you must order a day before , they are as big as your hand so delicious , unreal , the people who sell you nice gifts DONT make a nuisance of them self if you say no thank you they go away straight away ,with a smile , so much to do or just relax , this was our fourth year we just love it the people are so friendly and polite . Also of course all the staff are 10 out of ten at the hotel nothing is to much for them . I cannot fault anything , ..a beautiful huge breakfast included every morning in two restaurants . We choose the smaller restaurant the same food but nice and quiet , not so many people .and make your own FRESH juice in a juice machine . It is really A must do on your bucket list and you will NOT be sorry .it is so SAFE in Phuket .. For three thousand Australia dollars we had the best holiday for two weeks, flights and the BEST accommodation for two people ,so that is a real bargain, so why not try it . Have a great time ... ????????????. Also I just want to say a big thank you to Stuart what a lovely person ...and all the hard working staff I love all those beautiful gardens you keep so nice , thank you again for making our holiday so enjoyable ???????? After a long flight with 2 kids we arrived at 5am our time to a simple check in and a porter to take our bags right to the room. Two swim up bars great for 4pm happy hour. Bowling alley for kids. Huge room we were very surprised at how spacious it was for an 8 night stay. The kids used the main pool more than the long pool and short walk to our favourite beach front dining. Housekeeping girls were great. Tips: book sunset wing and bring portable DVD players for the kids. Love this place we will be back.
Beware of extra taxes on drinks and room service - an additional 17% on top of menu price makes in-house commodities very expensive. This explains why their in-house restaurants & bars do not have many patrons. We were also leaving tips until we discovered the taxes were additional - taxes are meant to cover tips & be inclusive in menu price but are not always - wonder how much the staff actually receive from the tax!
The staff were friendly. The room cleaners were excellent. We accidentally left our room safe unlocked and open one day with cash, a purse, passports and other valuable items, nothing had been touched when we returned at the end of the day.

a great place to stay, the staff was helpful and great to deal with. would definately go back, my only issue was that the rooms could have been cleaner. they were clean but not spotless.
I have stayed at this resort twice now, once with my partner and another couple and the second time with a group of 9. The staff are friendly, especially the security guards, who always had a big smile for us. The rooms are clean and beautifully styled. We have stayed in the standard room and also the pool view room. The standard is value for money and still very beautiful, just not as nice a view. The pool view room was AMAZING!! We could not stop taking photos of our view. All of us 9 people voted that Graceland has the best breakfast buffet we have ever experienced and the most beautiful gardens. Only drawback this time round is the big steel fence and sign on the roof top pool that made the view not quite as pretty as it was the first time we were there. Suggestion also would be to allow a little longer in the pool. Maybe close it at 11pm? We will definitely be back again. We wouldn't stay anywhere else :) Thank you

A great stay
Close enough to the action , but far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. Always great just to hang around the pool and gardens.
This is our 7th stay here and we enjoy it every time we go there. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4 (2 Adults 2 Children). There are two places to eat breakfast. One restaurant is Halal and the other normal. We eat the Halal restaurant is not as busy as the 2nd restaurant. Also the range of food offered is less. If you want bacon go to the other restaurant.The are numerous pools to use. It is across the road from the beach and a ten minute walk to Bangla Rd. Outside restaurants are found within a two minute walking.
But what we have found over time that the atmosphere has changed slightly due to different cliental. We find the hotel is now being used by people who travel in big Aussie groups and over take the facilities. Sometimes making uncomfortable other guests.
Overall we like the hotel. The kids feel comfortable there. The staff are friendly enough.
Remember some staff do not speak English.
The showers kept overflowing and the resort is in need of some maintenance overall. Breakfast buffet was a bit sparce...not even real OJ!!
A bit further than anticipated from main areas and restaurants but great beach access. Was mainly families staying so pools were a bit full of kids and we werd trying to get away on holiday with out ours haha.
I have stayed at Geaceland many times but the rooms are starting to look and feel very tired. I think the rooms need an update.
The staff are not as helpful or polite as they used to be.

This was our 2nd time back at the Phuket Graceland as a result of an end of season sale. It just cemented how professional the staff are at the hotel. They put us in a fantastic location and responded to every request promptly.
I love the selection of breakfast options at the buffet (being Vegetarian). The food is fresh and there is plenty of it. The whole area is sparkling clean and the staff are extra attentive.
Finally I have to say the hotel grounds are amazing and have a vast array of flora and fauna. The sky pool has the best view of Patong beach and it is probably one of the reasons at why I will go there again.
Overall the resort was well maintained, lovely grounds and pool. However, the bathroom in the room we stayed needed an update.
We had a wonderful time. The staff were polite and welcoming. Room although a bit run down was clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows. Water pressure and fluctuating hot/cold water a bit of a frustration but only a mild inconvenience. Pool was well used and beautiful. Grounds of the resort were always clean. We would stay there again but would insist on bar fridge being locked as we were charged for using a bottle of water which didn't happen as had bought our own water. Wasn't impressed and told them that. Same thing happened to our daughter who recommended the resort to us. Otherwise, would return as it was in an ideal position on Patong Beach and not noisy from nearby traffic.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phuket Gracelands Resort & Spa. The resort is well located adjacent to the beach and in easy walking distance to shops and many of the activities in Patong including Bangla Road. Swimming pools are many and well maintained as are the spacious grounds of the resort. The main resort restaurant is centrally located and provided a breakfast with plenty of variety. The dinner banquet was also well presented with great variety but food at times was not hot enough. There were plenty of activities for all with ten pin bowling, pool tables, gym etc. Free Wifi was a bit of a problem but once you got the hang of it and found the best places to get connected it was quite adequate and enables Facetime telephone contact. Overall a great place to stay.
Great location with views of the ocean, the pool right under your nose and the best bed I have had in resort accomodation.
We stayed here last year and had a good time. This year we had a nicer room and better view. Hopefully when we go back next year we are able to have the same room.
. The only complaint we had was the noise of people letting their doors bang shut instead of closing them physically and the noise in the corridors.

This was my second visit to Gracelands, the first time was great the second time even better. The resort was always clean, the pool bars & breakfast are great. This visit the front bar & grill was open the food was excellent, their is always a language barrier but everyone should expect that where ever they stay. The only bad thing i could say about this resort is nothing. To all the Management & Staff at Gracelands thank you for a great stay will be back for sure.
Generally good value for money however the location was not great and the breakfast was not comparable to other resorts in Phuket where I stayed (Patong Merlin x 3 times and Patong Beach Hotel). Staff were good at their job but not very friendly.

The locations was good just far enough out from the main center of Patong. Rooms in the new wing are well kept and spacious. Nice pools and surroundings. Dinning experience at the main restaurant was very average; Italian night was anything but Italian. Breakfast was nothing special but was ok.
We had an amazing time in Thailand and at Phuket Graceland. The staff and facilities are fantastic they are so helpful and friendly. Phuket Graceland is located well away from the busy streets but close by to walk to for great food and shopping. Highly recommend it have been there twice already and am planning next years trip again there again. If your looking at going to Thailand go and stay at Phuket Graceland it can't be beaten!!!
Beautiful resort. Second time we stayed there. Food is great. Location is opposite the beach with beautiful swimming pools. Recommend staying in pool rooms.
Only issue is the free wi-fi. The resorts needs to up grade in the near future.

We love Phuket Graceland's Resort & Spa, mainly because of the Pool Access Rooms in the Sunset Wing. These rooms are beautifully designed with a sleek, spacious modern look about them. And best of all they are pool access to the pool with a swim up bar. Room 8113 where we have now stayed twice is a great location towards the beach front of the resort and next to the Belgium Beer Cafe also.
We would recommend the resort but only if you stay in these rooms. The rooms for the remainder of the resort are a little tired and dated. Resort is directly across the road from the quiet end of Patong Beach, but only a 5-7min walk to Bangla Road for the nightlife.
This was my sixth time at Gracelands and as usual met all expectations. Friends have suggested other resorts but I prefer the location of Gracelands away from the busy area of Phuket and also being located across the road from the beach.

Good location with great staff who speak English quite well, they have an Australian manager Stuart, who really cares about peoples feedback, we booked a deluxe pool view room and was worth the extra, will stay again

Our pool view room was great and had sea views as well. Highly recommend wing 9 floors 3+4, lower floors the view is blocked by trees. Rooms are in need of a bit of work but they are gradually upgrading them. Breakfast buffet is fabulous with everything available. Staff very friendly and helpful. No complaints.

I cannot speak highly enough about this resort, ideal location on Patong beach. Far enough away from Bangla Rd to be quiet, yet close enough to walk there and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. Generous sized rooms, highly recommend pool view room. Great choice of pools, friendly staff and wonderful breakfasts. Already planning our return! Thank you for making our first trip to Thailand so memorable.
This was my 3rd stay here at Gracelands. I was lucky enough to be given a free room upgrade to be next door to my cousin once the room became available. The staff are most obliging and help in whatever way they can to ensure you are happy.
We stayed as part of a group of about 35 people spread across the resort. The different room options were good as everybody had a different budget and needs during the stay. We stayed in a sunset deluxe pool access room and it was awesome to be able to just jump straight into the pool. Only downside was the unreliable wifi which made co-ordinating such a large group difficult. Otherwise it was awesome

If you looking to stay in a more relaxed place rather than the hustle and bustle of in town this is perfect as it is still in walking distance of everything but far enough out to be relaxing.

Resort was wonderful, stayed in a pool access room building 5 (not sunset wing), new pool, loved the fact we opened the door and there was the pool, resort only short walk to shopping, eating and shows, over the road from the beach, would definitely recommend to others.

Our first room was right next to construction so asked for room change. Next room was much better and bigger however wifi in room was very poor, had to go to lobby to use.

The Graceland Resort was everything we wanted it to be. The rooms were great and daily housekeeping was a delight. The pool was absolutely divine and and much enjoyed by the whole family. Service was fantastic throughout the whole hotel and staff were very helpful with local places to go. We will be going back again next year!!
A fantastic hotel for a family. There were 11 of us ranging from 6 - 60 and we found this hotel caters for all ages. The only thing would found was the food and drinks cost at the hotel to be excessive however 100m walk down the road were restaurants and eateries galore. Buffet Breakfast was included that was great. Highly recommend as a first stay for anyone.

Completely amazing could not fault
We were very impressed with this hotel. The rooms aren't overly fancy but they have everything you need and are comfy. There are so many amenities at the hotel and it's very well kept. Location was by far the best, it's within walking distance to the busy hub of Patong but it's not right in the middle of the chaos so it was perfect for us.
The only downside was the check-out. Check-in took about 5 mins, whereas check-out took 20 minutes when we had to catch a flight. WiFi is also way too expensive so we just used the free WiFi in the lobby. All in all, good hotel.

Really excellent resort. Close to shops and eating places just around the corner. Easy to find a taxi, motorbike hire and anything else you wanted. Rooms were big and clean. Beds were excellent with those lovely comfy doonas. Bonus was a few family of cats living in the resort that the guests seemed to enjoy patting and holding as they were friendly. Everybody I talked to was enjoying the place. The sky pool on the roof was also excellent as you could see the ocean and sunset from the pool. Would stay again for sure.
Gracelands has something for everybody. The place is beautiful. The service is great and there are a lot of choices to dine and have a drink. The rooms where big and spacious and cleaned every day.

Would like to have had vegemite as a breakfast selection and cushions on the chairs for rooms with Pool Deluxe Access other than that i really enjoyed staying at Graceland Resort and would recommend it to all my friends and family.
Was very impressed with the service when I was ill on the last day and due to check out, Graceland arranged for a doctor to attend to me and set up a drip in my room at no extra charge. Very very grateful and thankful. Can not thank them enough.

Staff could be more attentive. No food and beverage service by the pool, you had to go up and order and collect each time.
The resort was great - couldn't fault anything, and all the staff were lovely. Good location for families too, a bit further away from the business of the shopping area.
Received what we booked for, adjoining rooms with pool view, good start! Had very good interaction with pool staff who were helpful and friendly. Excellent facilities for everyone, multiple pools, restaurants, internet café and security which patrolled the grounds and perimeter 24hrs. When I was bed ridden with a 'bug' they supplied a Doctors number who would visit on site and even contacted me the next day to see how I was, good service. Graceland is situated on the beach front and a short walk or Tuk Tuk ride to the shops, bars etc. Overall the family was more than pleased with the stay at Graceland, recommended!!

Great Resort with above average pools which are always a great temperature and well maintained. Swim up bar in the biggest pool which is located adjacent to the new building which has more modern features and direct pool access for the bottom rooms. There are also some pool rooms in the older section that have pool access. There is a sky pool located on top of the main resturant which has wonderful views of the property and the beach across the road. The Belgium Bar is located at the front adjoining the new wing. The music is fairly loud so you might want to have a room not too close it. Food and drink there is good at resturant prices. The resort has two resturants, one is meat free. Both serve a good variety of food. This resort is located in the heart of Phukets' tourist area shops etc and in front of the beach. Close to everything and close access to TukTuk/ taxis that are on the beach front.

Breakfast vey nice, pools great and good location. We paid a little more to upgrade the room and sked for a central poolview. We had a fantastic view of the new pool and could actually see the ocean. All good.

My third stay at Graceland. A beautify resort with a large swimming pool, just across the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be going back.
It was a lovely resort and staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were a little old and worn, but were very clean. After staying in Bangkok and Chiang Mai where the accommodation was first class, we were a little disappointed with the quality of the room. But it was very clean and the service made up for it. So I would stay again. The tours were absolutely fantastic!
The Sunset Wing was definitely worth paying the extra money to stay in.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The Deluxe room we had over looked the car park. If you want a room with a view i.e pool or garden, make certain you request that. The rooms a little worn however there is a new section and they are really lovely. Over all a good location and the breakfast is amazing.
When we arrived they said that they had upgraded us to the new rooms. we where very happy with that. when we got to the room it was right near construction that went from about 7 in the morning to midnight! every day so it wasn't really an upgrade at all. the place is also looking very tired and needs some work. Also the service was very average didn't really want to answer your question or help.
