Hastings Street Shopping Noosa

Noosa is the shopping capital of the Sunshine Coast and is renowned for its wide range of local markets, speciality stores, designer boutiques and retail outlets in Noosa Junction, Noosaville, Noosa Marina, the Eumundi Markets and, most notably, Hastings Street.



Located on a headland, Noosa enjoys some excellent surfing conditions and trumps the Gold Coast when it comes to point breaks. Beginning at Sunshine Beach, Noosa's best surfing spots follow the coastline for 12km all the way past the National Park and to the North Shore.

Whale Watching

Each year from August to November, Noosa and the Fraser Coast are home to an incredible natural event. In Platypus Bay, in the protected waters off Hervey Bay, pods of humpback whales enjoy a break from their long annual migration journey and can be seen frolicking and swimming in these waters.

Famous as a shopping mecca, not all of Noosa’s best bargains are found in the boutiques of Hastings Street or in the local retail outlets. In fact, there are a number of excellent local markets held in and around Noosa which are ideal for picking up fresh local produce, arts and crafts and variety of knick knacks for all tastes and budgets.


Everglades Tour

The blue water, sandy beaches, wonderful swimming spots and shy yet curious wildlife make the Noosa River one of the loveliest in Australia. The best way to enjoy the river and all its pleasures is to head out on a boat. There are leisurely river cruises available as well as windsurfers and boats for hire.
