From assisting in all of our requests to all of the itinerary's being fulfilled without an issue, Travelonline did this without an issue. The only issue we had was not caused by Travelonline but by reservations at the Intercontinental not forwarding our package credit to the checkout staff. This was fixed thankfully. Travelonline communication is excellent. Thank you again.
