I booked online and my consultant picked up on items I had filled out incorrectly and the transaction was extremely smooth and fast.
I would definitely use Travel Online again; although I may need to research my own hotel selection a bit better next time as that was slightly disappointing.

Thanks for organising all our arrangements. Everything worked out beautifully. Our only little issue was that the car service taking us back to the airport insisted on taking us 2.5hours before our flight - this just isn't necessary as we spent 2 hours wondering around the airport (and there is not much to see or do there!)
