Idalilly Patterson consultant was fantastic, the short holiday break ran smoothly and everything was well organised. The only thing which we did not receive where we were staying which was the Mantra Crown Towers was a room overlooking the bungee park facility, but if we stay there next time I would recommend an ocean view room, as my mother in law was staying in one and it was awesome! Other than that, everything was very well done, Thankyou Idalilly Patterson

Customer services was fantastic, prompt responses to queries and quotes. Idalilly kept me updated through the process and sent through all documentation as indicated. Great price offered - price quoted (and confirmed) was half that if any other site at the time.
The offer of optional tours and transfers was handy and would be great for the first time travelers.
Slight mix up with bedding at check-in but no real issue there, may have just been a hotel limitation due to early check-in.
I have already recommended travelonline to friends and look forward to making use of the service in the future.
