Great service. Probably the easiest holiday I have booked.

Extremely helpful and friendly. I had trouble finding accommodation myself due to leaving things to last minute but they managed to find me a great place to stay and a really good price. Airfares were a great price as well. Very happy. Will definitely use them again.

Emma was very helpful. It was great having piece of mind that all of our transfers were organised and the driver was always there on time. I would recommend travel online to friends and family as it takes the worry and errors out of booking it yourself online.

When booking the holiday I really liked how your website presented me with various options and it was easy to see the price difference between the options, ie when selecting room type it was easy to see how much extra it was to stay in a Bure and then decide it I wanted that. I also liked that I was given the change to purchase a meal plan, and that made the trip more relaxing as everything was already paid for before I left (except for my massage and cocktails ).
When my inital travel dates were unavailable, it was great that someone called me to advise me & give me my options, ie different room type or bure for different dates. Very happy with service from travel online.

The service was very quick and efficient from the time a quote was requested until all the travel vouchers were issued. The service came across as personal, even though I didn't meet Joanna face to face. I felt that it was a trustworthy organisation as we had no problems using our vouchers in Bali. Yes I would book with you again and would recommend this organisation to others.
