Experience was excellent

Everything runs smoothly, transfers always on time, love the inclusions in the deals (eg - trans studio and Finn's) great value for money this is the 2nd time Iv booked through Travelonline and it was an excellent experience again! I will be back to book again!

My second time using travel online. Can be tricky for me making bookings as can only converse via email due to my work hours but travel online make that pretty easy & was impressed with accommodation on both trips (1 hotel on first trip to Karon Beach, Phuket & 2 hotels on 2nd trip in Patong, Phuket & Khao Lak, Phang Nga). Transfers to & from airports/hotels also very easy. Thank you

Great package deal

No issue so I did not need need any further contact with TravelOnLine. At the Phuket end was their partner "My Phuket Holiday" and similarly no adverse experience, the local agent met me on the first day at the hotel to arranged excursions and transfers. She was helpful and so were the drivers they used for transfers.
I only wished that it was a direct flight Phuket to Melbourne. My was via Singapore and an overnight flight which I find hard to sleep.
