Natasha was super helpful with my booking. My booking was complex, with lots of people coming out of different capital cities and limited time options. Hence the second feedback review as we split the party into two groups. She was calm and polite and patient with me at all times. Thank you for an affordable amazing holiday, the communication we received from you was great and it made the holiday itinerary so simple . We loved the wildlife habitat ( the voucher that was thrown in )
It was great to visit PortDouglas in the quiet season and the weather ( although humid ) was good to us .
We will definitely use your company again and I already recommend you to all our friends ❤️

Our trip booked by your company was just perfect from the time we got to airport right thru to end - the pick up and return from Bali airport was exceptional - the Dynasty Resort was also exceptional - so many beautiful restaurants attached to it the staff at Dynasty were beyond helpful rooms very comfortable clean and spacious - so many activities to participate in in - we chose village walk - was so special we learned so much - the daily foot massages by the pool is unforgettable - breakfast was a delight every morning - a huge pool one of many was used every day for few hours - swim up bar was a bonus for delightful cocktails at a great price - meeting other guests was also a delight throughout the day ! Dynasty gave us a book of vouchers which we used so handy - I would definitely go to this resort again - near airport so we were there with no fuss !

The hotel was great if you like Boutique properties the staff were excellent and the perks were good the upgrade to the pool access room was welcome and they had the Longest Happy Hour I've ever seen 1-10.30pm!! The highlight was our complimentary day at Finns Beach Club it was awesome very classy and had a trendy vibe. I didn't really like the area our Hotel was in but as we ventured out with a driver most days it didn't really matter. Yes I would definitely recommend you this package was a great deal.
