A requested change was handled very easily and quickly. What I thought would be a problem never materialised.

I booked my honeymoon with travel online in 2011 and now this trip and it is been fantastic experience again so easy and I've found best deals online

Emma efficiently organised our complete Fiji holiday including flights, accommodation, insurance and transfers. Was able to accommodate a late change in date for us keeping costs to a minimum. Emma or her colleagues were always available via email to answer any questions. Would use TravelOnline again next holiday and recommend this service to others.

TravelOnline provided a very good service sending quotes on preferred holidays. When it came to decision time Rochelle Bishop offered great advice and delivered confirmations of our booked holiday. A very efficient offering all round.

This is the 4th trip i have booked through Travel Online, and i will be coming back to book my 5th, 6th, 7th.....
I have had Rochelle look after all of my bookings and think she does a fantastic job and is very professional in what she does. This last trip was actually the first time i have needed to talk to Rochelle (pre trip), and she was helping me book in peak session and I am very pleased with the outcome. I was extremely impressed with the service provided by TravelOnline as well as Lisa Scull.

Lisa contacted me with a date I had put in wrong on one of the travel pages - she had actually looked into my booking and realised the date was wrong. Then contacted me to confirm. Exceptional service and attention to detail.

This was the first time I had used TravelOnline and the ease of use and ability to book all aspects (flights, transfer flights to island, accommodation, breakfast package etc) was very convenient.

I will definitely look to use TravelOnline next time we are looking to travel.

Clare was fantastic and very helpful. I couldn't make up my mind on where to stay and Im sure this was frustrating for Clare but she didn't show it. Was very happy with service overall and would definitely use Travelonline again.

Firstly tour website is fantastic, very infornative and very organized and easy to navigate The quick quotes are fantastic.
