Yes. We would recommend Travel Online to others as it was slightly more competitive than other online and other travel agents. There was always someone on the other end ready to respond and always friendly and professional.

Everything was superb, transportation from the airport was great, accomodation was ideal for the price paid, and the free massage received from the booking was by far the best massage i had in the three weeks that i was in bali. Thank you for your time and effort

Liked your service and the prompt replies to questions/changes of plans etc, even when original customer service officer was not immediately available. Your communications/email feedback was excellent. Will certainly use your company again when next considering travelling and will certainly recommend your services to others.

I have used travelonline before, and will continue to do so, as the service provided is excellent and there are always good deals to be had.

Confirmation of bookings are received almost immediately, and further confirmation of accommodation/flights etc are received very quickly after that.

It makes booking a holiday stress free.

Hi Joanna, we had a fantastic holiday.
We were very happy with everything as everything went so smoothly. Transfers from the airport to accommodation and back.
Kanny (not sure that's how you spell her name) who we meet at the Resort was very helpful with advise on other things we could do in our meeting the day after we arrived and lots of tips on do's and dont's. After I hurt my knee and had to cancel a day tour she was very helpful with this also. And YES we would book again with you and we are telling people how well everything is organised with Travel online. Very happy customers. Cheers

Travelonline.com is a very simple to use website and created the easiest start to our holiday ever.

Staff we're very quick with confirmations and when we got to Hamilton Island it was a seamless checkin process with everything already organised.

Fiji Airways cancelled our flight which had been planned for months which would have meant a loss and waste of one day at Fiji.

Emma had arranged for compensation with Fiji Airways by way of arranging a flight the day before and accommodation and meals provided.

I would highly recommend Travel Online and will be booking our next holiday with Emma in the future.
