Took a little longer that stated to get our quote, but it was over the Christmas period so understandable. Everything was as it said it was going to be. The day spa voucher was fantastic, what a fabulous placid it was.

Hi Clare and others who assisted - I was going to email and thank you anyway - even before I saw this! I wanted to thank you for such a well organised and smooth trip. I sent everything I wanted to you and you did all the work and sent it all back to me promptly and efficiently. The whole trip went so smoothly from getting on the flight, transfers, all the vouchers for massages etc - thank you for making it all so easy - it was wonderful! I will be using travel online to book my next holiday at the end of this year now that I have the travel bug again!

Fantastic Service.
Emma - thank you for all your help with our bookings our transfer arrangements - it all ran very smoothly in the end and was fantastic.
Only one minor hiccup - I had requested twin beds and adjoining rooms - neither of these happened,
Also I am a bit disappointed we didn't get to use our massage vouchers - as we didn't go into Seminyak at all. It would have been better if the massages were provided by the hotel.
I would highly recommend travelonline.com again and will definitely be booking through them again.
