Airport transfer company was also very good, as well as organising day trips for us.
Paperwork for the stay and knowledge of travelonline discounts at resort was a little unclear with staff, but everything worked out ok in the end. Massages and airport transfers included in deal were all with different companies off-site from the resort which was a little confusing but also worked out ok.
This could have also been my lack of travel experience on both counts!!

Yes we would definitely book with you again.Everything except one additional trip from Hamilton Island was organized brilliantly. (The additional trip with the hic cup was only confusion with the pick up point..ie we were on Hamilton but the ticket said pick up Airlie Beach!!).....soon sorted......overall an excellent service...thankyou!

I set out to do my own booking without pushy in store agents to tell me what I wanted without needing it, I found TravelOnline to be the perfect tool to book my holiday having been to the destination before I knew exactly what I wanted to add to my package. I had a good communicator online with the help I needed and answered promptly. There were no hidden charges with everything transparent and up front - I will definitely use this service again in the future - Thank you Lisa Scull a most enjoyable holiday without stress was had.

Everything went perfectly. We couldn't have asked for more. Any questions we had were always answered in a friendly and happy way. Never had any trouble contacting you. We travelled over with family who booked with other agencies and they experienced several issues with their bookings. The level of customer service provided by Annaleise and staff was of a very high standard, and I intend to use Travelonline when I book a holiday next year. The facility to pay the accommodation off in instalments is a huge advantage which makes it easier to save and pay for the holiday
