I was impressed by an online service which proved personal and extremely efficient.

Very easy site to use, friendly consultant that replied to queries promptly.
I was able to book island transfers, flights and accomodation with the added bonus of a $50 food voucher and a discount code of $50 taken off the total price.

I highly recommend Travelonline and have used it now to arrange 3 holidays to the Whitsunday area of Queensland, and will continue to use the site provide that they keep offering such great value for money and convenient to arrange travel packages.

Overall good service. Had hoped for better service in regards to supping us with an address for the apartment as we wanted to order groceries online and making sure we had a cot for our daughter. Had to contact the Hamilton Island holiday apartments myself for address and confirmation of cot.

I would highly reccomend travel online to every one. We had no issues with transfers from the airport to the resort or resort to the airport. We had an issue while in Thailand which was fixed no problem by travel online. 10 out of 10 for communication.

You seem to understand our level of travel, we are neither high payers for holidays however we do not like the bottom end of the scale, but value for money is really important.
